Quick and simple process from start to finish. Filled everything online sent documents and photos of the tyre damage.Went and had a new one fitted at one of the garages they have. Paid for all the work, then sent everything over to them and they authorised the claim and paid within a couple of days.

I think having size guides need to be…

I think having size guides need to be more accurate. I bought a 3 pack of Hugo Boss T-Shirts in a large,after reading on your size guide that it would fit chest size 42-44. This was not the case they only measured 36/38 chest which is classed as a mens small. But the most frustrating thing is I had to pay £4.99 postage to receive my item , and another £3.50 to return it. So in total £8.49 out of pocket because you are advertising the wrong sizings on some of your products.
