AT&T near me, has very poor service. I talked to Verizon and they assured me that the service was far better and there was a cell tower, 3.2 miles from my house. Transferred, got a new phone...and the service has been AWFUL. Dropped calls, poor reception. I have spent more time with Verizon in the last three weeks than the last two years on my other carrier, combined! Apparently there is an outage near me, and it started on Oct 2. STILL NOT FIXED. Really frustrated with service.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. We paid $ for a new VALE chair. Waited months, it finally came. Ws the most uncomfortable chair I ever sat in. We called them immediately. No they don't guarantee their product. The comfort of this chair, was if a piece of a styrofoam and a large rock had a baby. We had to send it over for consignment at a local retailer.

I ordered back in October and had it directly shipped to my sister for the holidays. SHE NEVER GOT IT. When I asked her if she knew how to use it, etc...she said, "Knew how to use what?" UGH! I ordered early so that she would have it.

This is the WORST customer service-ANYWHERE! If I get someone who can speak English...and that is rare-They are very poor at problem solving. I have had an account that my husband and I co-signed withe my mother. She passed away 15 years ago. We overpaid on the account and were notified but we cannot seem to get past the VIN number.. Who keeps the VIN number of a car from 15 years ago. 5 weeks and counting and so many hours. UGH!!!
