This is the second time I've purchased a phone case. Shipping was very fast, and I was notified throughout. The phone cases are excellent!

Wish I could have given them a 0 rating! As many others have noted, Verizon (and their stores) have a serious customer service problem. Several of my phone calls went unreturned. I sat there for forty-five minutes trying to take delivery of my new phone, only to discover that Noone there had any idea what they were doing. Still never got a return call from the store. Must be nice to be so big that you can treat your customers so poorly.
