Title: Horrible Service and Unfair Billing Practices



I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 5 years and I’ve never experienced such terrible service. I have a business account, and after I moved to a new location about six months ago, I didn’t even use my Verizon internet once — simply because I hadn’t set up service at my new address yet.

About five months ago, I called Verizon to close my account, but their representative convinced me to keep paying for my phone line, saying it would be easier since my equipment was already paid off. I trusted them. That was a huge mistake.

Now, after six months of paying for a service I never used, I decided to finally close everything. But when I called, instead of helping me, Verizon forced me to pay for another month — even though I clearly explained that I haven’t been using the service at all.

Their customer service is unbelievably slow and unhelpful, their website and mobile app constantly malfunction, and their billing practices are beyond unfair. Verizon only cares about money, not their customers. I’m done with them, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this experience.

Stay far away from Verizon — especially if you value honesty and fair treatment

Terrible Customer Service, Broken Website, and Useless Mobile App

I have never experienced such an awful level of customer service as with Verizon Wireless. The waiting times are unbelievably long — it’s almost impossible to get real help from anyone. Their representatives are either unavailable or completely unhelpful.

The website is another nightmare. Most of their online services simply don’t work — whether you try to log in, pay a bill, or chat with support, nothing functions properly.

Their mobile app is just as terrible — it constantly freezes, crashes, and fails to connect to any services. Nothing loads properly, and even basic actions like viewing your account or paying a bill turn into a nightmare.

And the worst part? Verizon keeps charging people without resolving any issues. They clearly care more about taking money from customers than about providing a working service. Stay away from Verizon if you value your time and sanity!
P.S. I have been using this service for my business 5 years and when i tried to close my account few days after my new bills come they forced me to pay one more month!!! For this horrible service!!!!

Just wanna say thank you guys …

I am customer of Maniere De Voir many years and they are having incredible customer service support team who is really helpful and polite and every time tries to understand your problem and solve it. I can say with confidence that I have not regretted being Maniere De Voir client for years.
