meine zeitschaltuhr war kaputt und die wollten nachdem ich schon ein video hin geschickt hatte das ich ein weiteres 15 min video hinschicke um die fehlfunktion von einer 10€ ZSU zu bestätigen. ich wollte ein defektes 10€ produkt in ein 180€ produkt umtauschen und daran scheitern sie schon ^^
