I HATE this internet company. The connectivity issues are insane. I can be in the middle of a game when the internet suddenly goes out for a minute. When it comes back, I've lost everything I've accomplished, and this happens constantly—every single day, every 10 minutes. We've contacted customer support numerous times, but they always blame our devices, even though we’re using ones they've personally recommended. We recently replaced our Verizon router due to these issues and are using the top-of-the-line wifi adapters they suggested. It’s insane!
