5 Star service from these guys we had a few problems with our UPVC door which proved tricky but was rectified and now closes and locks like a dream ,other issues with our french doors were put right by Jordan.

We were having issues with a set of French doors - one of them had got out of alignment which meant we couldn't lock it. Called on a Tuesday afternoon and explained the issue we had a member of the team with us two days layer who sorted the problem very swiftly. Great response time. Very polite worker. Good price for repair. Would recommend.

Can highly recommend 0121 Repairs. From start to finish their service has been amazing. Having emailed Paul for a quotation he immediately responded with a more than reasonable price for replacing one of our windows. Cannot fault his employee who was really pleasant and undertook the work with professionalism. We will certainly return as a customer if we have any other problems with our windows and would add that this is the company to go to.

After a hinge failed on my French door I was told by others I may have needed a new door at thousands. An email and some pictures to Paul and he was able to supply and renew all the hinges on the defective door and was only a fraction of the cost of a full replacement door. He was able to repair today and it was a top job. Using again really happy

I have used Paul and his staff many times and all their work has been exceptional. Prices have been very reasonable and carried out promptly. They have replaced window panels four times at my property and also numerous locks and repairs. Always prompt and on time. Can't praise enough.
