1800-packrat are a bunch of liars
Came to an agreement then there were late got some money, final price was 3760 then to come find out they took out 4314.20 was taken out of my account. I called after the final bill was OK'd they then added a fuel surcharge. Which i didnt agree to which should be illegal. Im going to look into this since I have the emails. But go with someone else that will be honest with you and delivery dates and final pricing dont go with packrat

I had no issues
I had no issues. I called. Customer Service was professional and polite. I was explained to all of the fees. I was able to change my dates, as needed. Pick up & delivery went smoothly. I wasn’t crazy about the turn around time for delivery, but I understood. I would recommend this company for miving your things!

Top-notch service at bargain prices!
The level of courtesy we were treated with is something that you don’t see much of anymore. Everyone we interacted with was so professional, helpful and considerate.
The entire drop off, moving, and pick up were extremely flexible and easy.
The pod itself was clean and I had no hesitation loading my things into it.
What a great experience, much nicer than I expected!

Such an easy process and very cost-effective. I looked at many other options and, in the end, chose 800Packrat because of the price, container size and weight options, delivery and drop-off, storage and access, and more. Everything arrived just as I packed it; not one item was damaged, and it was clean and dry! I looked at PODS, moving companies, private brokers, etc. In the end, we picked the best option: 800 PACKRAT!!!!

It was a good experience
The booking employee was very helpful. Drivers who dropped off and picked up the pod were very efficient and friendly. The pod itself was much easier to pack than a truck since it sits on the ground and there are no wheel wells. The company did a good job keeping us informed and explaining their way of doing things. The delivery of the loaded pod at our new home was delayed a couple of days but that wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a very good experience.

No-show and no Customer service
I scheduled a container delivery and was rescheduled three separate times over a week. Finally the company told me they wouldn’t be able to deliver the container until the following week. They could have cared less that I needed a container for a move or that I had time constraints. I had to call them repeatedly, they never reached out to me and over a three day period, I Spent more than four hours trying to track down a rep from the company. This business is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend them to anybody.

Terrific experience using 1-800-Pack-Rat. This was by far the most cost effective option for us moving out of state - and needing to store our container for a few months! Incredibly reasonable. And the customer service from start to finish was awesome as well! We will and have recommended to others!

I would recommend
Kept everything packed and tight for two years as I mentally prepared to sort thru my late mother’s belongings. Expense wise it was a chunk of change and i wish communication on pick up and drop off was communicated better, but over all i would recommend them.
