Amazing
From start to finish,I felt the whole process to be very professional. Any queries I had were quickly responded to. I was made to feel calm throughout the whole process. My sign off was a little later than the norm, but that was only because 21D wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Due to soft bone, my healing took a little longer, but I was more than happy to wait knowing I would be not signed off until 21D were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone wanting to improve their oral hygiene, smile and being able to eat properly once again. This has changed my life both mentally and physically and I will be eternally grateful to 21D. The staff are all so lovely and the service is 100%.

Everything about the 21D experience is professional and state of the art technology but the staff welcome you as part of the 21D family. Everything is explained in a clear and practical way and there is plenty of online support by way of videos and dial in conference calls. I love the fact that members of the Team are people that have gone through the procedure so they know what you are feeling and can support and guide you on your own journey.

The process was relatively painless
The process was relatively painless. The surgeon was superb talking me through every step. From having all my remaining teeth removed and the 1st set of implants took around 2 1/2 hours.
Soft food followed for a while but who doesn’t like ice cream!!!
After 3 months or so my finals were put in and I ate an apple for the first time in years (without cutting it up first)
A year on and I’m delighted with the outcome.

I had my surgery in June 2025. I was thoroughly delighted then and after my annual checkup my opinion hasn’t altered. Kind, informative, professional staff who put my needs first. No fuss, just good honest care. I couldn’t single out one member of staff as they are all brilliant and form one part of a professional team.

I have had an amazing experience with 21D, I cannot fault them at all! Every staff member I have met or spoken to have listened, advised and supported me throughout my journey. I have never been made me feel rushed or pressured.21D really do go above and beyond for everyone and are absolute perfectionists in their field. I am extremely lucky to have found 21D and since my reset (surgery) my health has improved significantly.

I had my teeth done on August 19th. From start to finish it was so easy. They were in touch with me every step of the way, very reassuring about everything. If I had a question nothing was too much trouble even if I thought it was a silly question the staff answered and put my mind at ease. Surgery day went smoothly with no problems and wasn't as bad as I'd built up in my head. I was looked after brilliantly. Staff are very caring, I cant sing their praises enough. Thank you 21D for everything and giving me my smile back.
