Wrong size sent, still out of pocket
Ordered two pairs of OrSlow selvedge denim on 16th January. Received the wrong size on the 21st. No prepaid return label was offered. I was told they'd refund my postage as a goodwill gesture, so I returned the items at my own cost (£14.75). They received the return on 23rd January.
The jeans refund wasn't processed until 2nd February - 10 days after they received the return. The original £6.99 shipping was not refunded despite the order being fulfilled incorrectly.
The £14.75 postage reimbursement they agreed to has still not been paid. I provided bank details on 4th February and was told it would be processed on the 6th. As of 10th February, nothing has been received and my follow-up has gone unanswered.
Throughout this process, phone calls during office hours went to answerphone with no callback, the website chat was unreliable, and email responses were slow with deadlines repeatedly missed.
