With the intention of determining the size and quality.
If they wear well my plan is to get more.

I was concerned about the time it took to arrive.
About the time I decided to contact them about the order, they showed up.

The items are as advertised, fit well and look good.
So I would recommend them based on my experience so far.

I purchased the ghost briefs and I'm impressed with how comfortable they are when I carry. At first I found it a little difficult to holster my gun but it's getting easier the more I wear them.

Very disappointed in the poor customer service response to a “return request” submitted by both email and text. They promised a 12-24 business hour response on Fri. 7/31 and as of Thur. 8/6 still have not done so. I will not be purchasing anything from this company for me person or safety & security employees.

Super friendly people. Make cool tactical gear. Made sure that I was 100% satisfied. All around awesome!

Poor customer service. These shirts are complete garbage. If you bend over to pick up something, your weapon will fall out. The Velcro isn’t strong enough to hold the gun in place. If you want to return the shirt you must return it in its original box. 👀 Avoid this company at all costs!

Quickly processed and confirmed delivery

The last mile delivery service (GOFO Express), could not deliver to a business address, GOFO could not find the address, but, they went to the Dry Cleaner next door. The second attempt the delivery was noted as not a safe place or restricted access. In another email, If I wanted my order redelivered it would cost $9.95 additional (direct quote from a subsequent email). 2Tactic appears to be less than willing to deal with their last mile service and tell me to contact GOFO and work out the issue.

I did receive my package and they fit great. Thank you 😁

The shirt is great for the purpose it is made for ! It could be a little longer in length for a guy that is 6’5” at 330lbs But over all I really like wearing the shirt ! I have already ordered 2 more !

Long time between order and delivery, connect with the customer and let them know the company still cares for their business. Keep them informed of the status of their purchase.

Horrible company tactics and poor customer service. Ordered an item by mistake and was unable to cancel item online. Contacted customer service and was offered a discount instead of cancellation and refund. When I declined the discount was told sorry there system was down and now it’s passed the 2 hour cancellation time. Told them I contacted them before the 2hour made up time and they said sorry order was processed. I told them I was just going to refuse the shipment and package when it arrives and was told order was cancelled and a refund would show up in a day or so. Days later got an email item shipped. Contacted customer service and was told sorry unable to cancel but I can return the item at my cost. Also that the company is in Colorado but items ship from California but returns must ship to Vietnam. Would cost more than the item. Scam company, item was a horrible design and fit so it was thrown away. American public beware. I have all email communications saved

I purchased 2 pair of the conceal carry boxer briefs in large. The same size as all the boxer briefs I currently have. And these things were like 2xx. Literally baggy on me and would fall right off with a gun in them. Not to mention it took two months to get them delivered. I Sent two emails to get a return authorization and couldn’t get a response from them either time. I also informed them one pair was still in original packaging and the other just put on and taken off. Wasn’t looking for refund just exchange for correct fitting ones. And With what appears to be a strict 30 return policy I resorted to contacting my financial institution for the refund before the 30 days was up. I could not recommend this product at all to anyone.

Quality of product and the quickness of delivery

Purchased two shirts with great ease, they fit well, and allows more comfort when carrying yet still provides quick access.

I did NOT checkout! I entered the advertised 60% discount code but rather than apply the promo code, it checked me out without me selecting ’checkout’ and did not apply the code. I contacted them and they requested a snapshot of the promo add. I tried 3 times and it would not load. I emailed them 3 more times and got no response. The site also selected 'for me' a review rating of 5 and I saw no way to change it. I did get the product. Quality is poor in my opinion. BEWARE!!!

I purchased 2 conceal carry shirts. They sent 3, all the wrong size. Poor quality. I complained and, days later, they said they wanted pics of shirts and packaging. The packaging was gone. Cheap product. Poor customer service. Likely chinese. Beware!
