STAY AWAY....STAY FAR AWAY
Purchased a Tevo Tornado from 3dprintersonlinestore on 3/7/2018 that was advertised on 3dprintersonlinestore.com as shipped in 4-5 days later. 11 days later and several emails and responses full of excuses and no tracking number I have no printer. I filed a claim with PayPalafter the 10th day with no tracking number over the payment and won the claim in just over a day. The quick claim win shows you that Paypal even knows of problems with this company. Stay far away and buy from a reputable and reliable source and NOT 3dprintersonlinestore.com
As for the seller's response, if you cannot guarantee an item be shipped in 4-5 days, DO NOT PUT THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. Nowhere on the website does it state that this timeframe is a loose estimation nor does it state "Estimated Lead Time" or that it may be incorrect. I waited 10 days from the day of purchase before filing the PayPal claim. That is twice the time of their "estimation". To say you do not deserve this review as it was not your mistake is disgusting. You are the one that took my order, you are the one that answered my emails and therefore it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that this transaction progress the way it is advertised. But yet to try to pawn the blame off on another company liem Tevo when it is YOUR fault. I was told over and over again that I will have a tracking number in a day or two. After 5 days of that I just gave up as I was tired of being lied to. I am quite happy that the printer never shipped now as I will NEVER purchase purchase anything from 3dprintersonlinestore.com again and I will make sure that everyone in Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and my YouTube channel know about this horrendous transaction and your blatant misrepresentation.
EDIT: I find it funny that the seller now provides tracking for the item that was given to FedEx just yesterday, 6 days after the refund was provided by PayPal. That is also 16 days from the day I ordered it on their website when they advertised 4-5 days lead time. Then they state that it should have arrived here by 3/21 - how is that when it wasn't given to FedEx until 3/23??!! They keep spinning the lies and I keep calling them out on them. I'm happy I bought my newest printer off Amazon instead of these jokers, at least I know I will get it on time.

Tevo has shipped this order's parcel on 16th March. But customer request cancellation due to the lead time delay. So Shipper has stopped the parcel. It should have reached the customer's destination on March 21st but unfortunately he cancelled the order. Below is the FEDEX tracking information of this order.

Please remember that you purchased this from a marketplace where the seller or manufacturer fullfills the order. Our store is powered by only PayPal payment system to ensure buyer's 100% protection over the purchase. 4 to 5 business days delivery is an estimation but not confirmation. You paid directly to the Tevo Manufacturer PayPal. They almost prepared your order for shipment but unfortunately you filed a claim in PayPal. They even agreed the claim and processed the refund and cancellation of the order. There are thousands of Happy Tevo customers out there purchased through us. We do not deserve this review as this is not our mistake. Glad you got covered by PayPal protection. If we are providing false services, we may not offer PayPal services. Hope you understood.

I took a chance ordering from 3DPrintersOnlineStore. Being a first time buyer from this store and a newbie to 3D printing, I was hesitant but they had awesome deals for cyber week. I am VERY satisfied by the communication and ship time through this website. I've read many horror stories and extreme wait times by folks who've ordered from other websites and i'm glad I didn't go that route. I literally got my printer a lilttle over a week from overseas and i couldn't be more impressed. 3DPOS has obviously improved their business over the years and it shows. The package I received was in great condition and all of the parts were included. Thanks to the team here for making my experience a good one!
