Just rec'd part of the Fruit and Veggie Food Kit today 9/14. Ordered it on 9/10 and according to the tracking info the rest of it should be here over the next couple of days. Just waiting to join in on the classes that are offered that go over recipes and other meal planning hints for using the food kits. Any of the other ones I have tried have been really great.

4 patriots solar generators are ridiculously overpriced .
Dont let fear based marketing ,or chants of USA USA USA fool you. Especially since they are made in china -like all the other companies

Look at the specs , and compare to what you can buy from any major competition before you buy .

Thing like watt hours , peak ,solar input ,lack of an app no 240 charging etc ,can’t connect to your house electrical panel

Take a look at this page ,all the 1 star reviews -it’s not a coincidence. If only 4 patriots took the money they spent on your tube,Facebook ,Fox News advertising and used it on research and development to improve the product .

This is survival food only. Absolutely Nothing is free. I believe the generators are overpriced. Way to much rice and energy drinks, the chocolate pudding would not thicken up,I'd give the macaroni n cheese a 4/10 and the chili bean cheese mac 6/10

Whenever I have contacted 4Patriots they have been kind and helpful and explained what I didn’t understand about something I bought. I really appreciate the products that work and stay powered by solar power. I bought a flashlight powered by solar energy and can’t thing of adore useful product. I have a large box full of batteries I have had for years. I went to replace batteries in something and almost half of the batteries only have 1/2 their power. That is why I like the products 4Patriot sells that are solar powered. There are more products that are solar powered and I buy a little at a time. I am not going to do without light or anything else that can be solar powered. Think of how much better when an event (ex. Power outage etc.) happens I will be, when I don’t have to do without. Thank you 4 Patriots for making these products. Good job. TD.

Please do not purchase anything from this company.
The generators are trash.
You must plug them in occasionally I guess because they will completely drain and that's it. When you contact them they say out of warranty.
I have another one different company and plugged it charge and it works. May I add this is the second one from this company that has done this.
Do not waste your money on this TRASH

My generator stopped working it was the weekend and I had terrible time with the online chat support. I had an equally frustrating experience communicating over text. But in the end I finally got someone on the phone during regular business hours. She was great, she read the file and she didn't make me repeat everything. She gave me a solution.

ive read a ton of negative reviews, i got and look and they say 77 down and 5 payments or whatever , go to check out its 128.00 down , and you get one shipment, then you have to wait a month for the rest , I rather go to a store and get what i need , knowing I have it secured, not a waiting game for a so called emergency supply , what if a emergency happens during that wait hmm

Update to my review - September 24:

4Patriots' offer to “take another look at your experience and see if there’s anything further we can do to help” was just a smokescreen to divert attention from my review and give the impression that the company was going to make good on its defective flashlight.

After 4P replied to my Trustpilot review and asked me to contact the company directly, Kristy, the “Escalation Specialist Coordinator” (whatever that is) at 4Patriots, sent me an email doubling down on 4Patriots’ 365-day warranty, along with the same “offer” the company’s customer service rep originally gave me: free shipping if I pay full price for a new flashlight or $25 off a new 4-pack of flashlights with free shipping.

The Halo XT flashlight has 500 charge/discharge cycles before the battery is worn out, which means a customer could charge it every day for nearly a year and half before wearing it down. (And a charge ought to hold much longer than a day.)

In an emergency customers need a reliable flashlight, not a slick marketing campaign.

4P’s response tells us all we need to know— the company realizes its Halo XT flashlight is a poor quality product, which is why the warranty is only for a year. Look elsewhere if you want a dependable flashlight and a company that will make good on a defective product.

4Patriots talks a good game, but the company does not stand behind its products when they are defective. The Halo XT flashlight I purchased there, which was rarely used and fully charged, suddenly quit working. It came on for a few seconds and then shut off, repeatedly. A couple days after leaving a message with customer service asking for help troubleshooting the problem, I received an email saying that if the unit is fully charged and won’t stay on, it could mean that the battery is going bad.

The 4P customer service rep went on to explain that the Halo XT flashlight has 500 charge/discharge cycles before the battery is worn out, but cheerfully added “It will still be a functioning seatbelt cutter, window breaker, and compass; it just will no longer operate as a flashlight.” The rep then offered to waive shipping on a future purchase of a Halo XT flashlight or give a discount and free shipping on a 4-pack.

I informed the 4P rep that I had charged this flashlight 2-3 times—certainly no where near the 500 mark. My flashlight is clearly defective, and I requested a free replacement. 4P declined, sending me a link to it 365-day warranty policy and saying the flashlight is out of warranty. So much for standing by the quality of its products and making things right with a (former) customer. If you need a Halo XT flashlight in an emergency, it may let you down, especially if it’s more than a year old.

Ordered a solar water heater on sale on Aug 5th Fedex lost the package so I reached out to 4 patriots customer support and was told on Aug 15th they would ship another one and that I should have it in 7-10 days. Here it is 2 weeks later and no tracking number update no package shipped and no product ever received even though they got my money. Never order from these people ever. So many bad reviews I wish I would habe checked the reviews before trying to buy something from these people.

I tried to order an emergency food kit for my brother who lives off grid in California. The order was dropped off at a post office, and when he went to pick it up, he was told there would be an almost $300 postage due fee. He was not able to afford that so it was returned. I contacted 4patriots to see if the order could just be reshipped to my house when it was returned, and I would be happy to pay another shipping fee. I went round and round with customer service trying to see if that could be done. I was told I would have to pay a $21 per package return fee and then wait for the refund to be processed and order again using my address. I told them it was not a return per se. After explaining the situation over and over…I was told the same thing. So now I have to pay $84 for a package that never got picked up due to the high postage due. It was returned and now I have to pay for the return. How does this make sense? How can a company treat customers like this and remain in business? Stay away from this company. I wish I would have read these reviews first.

Wife bought a 4patriot sidekick in 2023. It stayed in the box until 2 days ago when I opened it and found the battery to be dead. Customer service strung me along like they could help but then said they couldn'tfind the order number. I gave them the number off the packing slip. Guess they throw away their records. Products don-t work and they pretend they never sold it to you.

I have not tried any of 4Patriots items but I think it's kind of ironic that alot of their products are made in China. I mean here they got China (a country who along with Russia is suppose to cause America's next disaster "The Fatal Blackout" making survival products for the people that China wants to kill. This Blackout, which they are predicting. Could happen al anytime. Nothing will work. There will be no electricity no running water no internet no phones will work, and no cars will start! They say the store shelves will never empty within 2 days. There will be no hospitals to go to, sick people will have no medicine, mother's will have no formula for thier babies. There will also be alot of looting and people breaking into people's houses to get food any anything else you have. That is why I cannot figure out why their slogan is " feed thy neighbor " If you feed one neighbor everyone will find out that you are stocked up and you do not know how long this is gonna last, probably at least a year. Anyway, so much for MADE IN AMERICA

Be very aware. The 9-month payment plan for the small generator is actually a 19.5% increase in cost. Cash price is $1499 but the 9-month payment plan is $199/month for 9 months =$1791. Increases the cost by $292 or 19.5%. Or by credit card language that's a 44% interest rate. I canceled the order and will never order from 4Patriots. Rip Off to me.

I have purchased lots of food, water bricks, the water Filtration System and several other odds and ends. I price check everything and found these goods competitively priced. I tried out the food which I thought was tasty. I've experienced very friendly and helpful customer service. I received emails every step of the way until I received my items. The biggest thing is all the free education I have received at 4PATRIOTSUNIVERSITY.COM I'm so thankful for that service. Will I buy again from 4Patriots? You betcha!

This company is great. The products are of good quality & reasonable price. Since they provide things like generators, battery chargers for cell phones, and the freeze dried packaged foods I bought. The employee I work with is Frank Bates. He’s f I have been looking at something, he lets me know when the sale is closing. He is also a Vet so I trust his knowledge on the products. Everyone I have dealt with are competent, helpful & answer my questions. The products I have purchased are good quality. I am now saving for a generator but if you wanted one they do have a monthly payment plan. Checkout their web sits.

I bought two and neither works. They both look fully charged, but do not charge my other devices. I've use a myriad of cords (some brand new) and I cannot charge at all.

Bought an emergency solar power generator. It showed up with a certain amount of charge, I plugged it in a topped it off, then put it in my closet, you know for emergencies. It sat for about 6 months. When I pulled it out to actually use it the battery was dead. I tried to charge it and it would not charge. I was told through customer service that I need to plug it in every 3 or 4 months… why is it sold as an emergency preparedness item if when you need it, it is dead?!?
Called customer service. They tried to blame its malfunctioning on me… because I didn’t perform “regular maintenance”.
Was sent information and shipping labels to send it back. Surprise, surprise. The information that I was to give FedEx was useless. The labels were garbage.
This company is trash!
I received a free solar lantern that I gave my 6 year old daughter and it stopped working with 5 minutes. Tried to charge it… nope.
Bought the “Faraday bag” and it wouldn’t stop my phone from receiving calls or texts. So that was also junk.

Do not use this company!

4 patriots offers quality products to ensure you're ready for future events. I have two solar generators purchased, what 4patriots does is provide information on proper ways to use after purchase. This is true with all products, you can attend webinars, call with questions. This company is like nothing I've ever experienced, they help you so much with products they sell. The long term food, 4patriots even offers recipes for you to try, mixing together pouches for delicious meals. I have ever had a bad experience with 4patriots, just the opposite, they are overly helpful.
Also, I'm impressed that I can have one person contact with the company. Making contact with my personal representative to make an order, I get a percentage off the price!
For anyone reading this, I want you to know, I'm 80 year old that's hard to please. 4 patriots has me "Tickled," without a feather!

Great service & great prices & selections

I purchased a Blackout Buddy as a backup for my refrigerator. It repeatedly had error codes and the outlets quit working within 6 weeks. Totally unreliable. I contacted the company to return it and the solar panel I purchased. They charge a "restocking fee" of $50 to return the panel and $100 for the Blackout Buddy plus return shipping was on my dime. I'm out $250. I warn people NOT to buy from this company.
