I am very disappointed with the return and the stock and exchange. Because of this, I don't think I will buy from them again, even though there are products that I like.Oh, and I had to send back with my own money!!!!

While there was an error in the order, the item purchased was actually unavailable, the customer service was super. All queries dealt with in a really prompt and clear way. We were also compensated for the error which was unexpected and appreciated and we were able to redeem this when we reordered. Overall we are so pleased with the quality of the items and only compliant would be that the out of stock items seem to take a long time to be available again. So 4th Arq offers great quality matched by its customer service.
Terrible return process
Ordered a fleece in a size small as per size guide. When it arrived it was massive on me and way too long. I messaged 4th arq and was told just to return them via DPD but I would have to pay for the postage. I then discovered there are no DPD drop offs near me, 4th arq said use Royal Mail.. which was a whopping £12 to return so not even worth my while.
I messaged again and was ignored🤯
It has honestly put me off buying anything from them again it’s a big red flag when you can’t exchange or return easily.
Also I gave it to a friend and she said they do not wash well so that’s to be noted

Terrible customer service
I sent an email to 4TH ARQ about a faulty product on 07/05/26, i received an automated email reply on 07/05/26 stating that i would get a response as soon as possible. I have yet to receive a repsonse.
I sent a follow up email on 20/05/26 and received the same automated email reply. I have yet to receive a response to this email also.
I can understand that they are busy but to email nearly 1 month ago and still not have a reply or response to my original email is just not acceptable.
Ordered 2 fleeces
Ordered 2 fleeces. One came in about 5 days. The other still hasn't arrived and it's been 2.5 weeks.
Wanted to return the 1st one but they don't offer a return label (not even a payable one) and it was £13 to return to Ireland!! Also haven't responded to 3 attempts to contact them.

Ordered an item nearly 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything from them regarding delivery date. I’ve contacted them via email but have still not heard anything back. Don’t waste your time or money.

Absolutely rubbish Customer Service
Absolutely rubbish Customer Service. Returned an order 20th April- 26th May still no refund, started contacting 4th Arq on the 20th May and no reply to anything. so their website it says "Please do not hesitate to send an email if you have any questions at all" 2 days for a reply and 14/21 days for a refund, none of this is true!!
Ignored completely - total scam
Ordered on 5th April and was promised delivery within 10 days. I even emailed during that window to chase as nothing had been dispatched - no proper response. It finally arrived late, by which point I’d already left for a pre-planned holiday and couldn’t use the items.
When I asked to return them, they refused to provide a returns label and expected me to pay £15 to ship back to Dublin - for a delay that was entirely their fault. I’ve now contacted them five times across email and Instagram. Complete silence.
I’m now convinced they are a scam as the items looked cheap and they won’t respond. So avoid if you don’t want to be scammed out of your money,
Possibly one of the worst
Possibly one of, if not the worst companies with customer service I’ve ever encountered. Do not reply to direct emails, telephone calls and social media approaches. Wish I hadn’t ordered them. The amount of items on resale websites due to not being able to return is testament to how poor their returns policy is.
Return cost almost as much as the fleece
I ordered 3 fleeces in the recent warehouse sale which took extremely long to arrive but that was made clear on the website before ordering. One of the fleeces is lovely quality and fits well but the other two are too small so I tried to return with Royal Mail and was quoted £15 to return two fleeces from Belfast to Dublin. One of the fleeces cost me £18!! So I will have to keep them both as it makes no sense to pay so much to return. Surely a huge brand like this has a better solution to returns. Their customer service is extremely slow too. I love the products but wouldn’t ever order from the brand again for this reason and would actively discourage anyone else outside of the ROI from ordering either.

It is made clear that you have to pay for your returns- i just want everyone to know 2x medium parcels sent from Northern Ireland to the ROI was £61 through Royal Mail. It was a £200 order- so please keep this in mind before ordering if unsure of size/colour

Returns are a disaster
I ordered a half zip fleece which was far too big. Returned it through DPD as they suggested and as yet I’ve had no refund or correspondence even though I’ve emailed them. Personally I will never order from 4tharq ever again. No phone number on the website either. Eventually got my refund, coincidentally after reviewing it on here. Will not be purchasing from 4th ARQ ever again as I wouldn’t rate the quality of the fleeces either in my opinion overrated.

Will never order from 4th Arq again
Will never order from 4th Arq again. Took 3 weeks for 3 fleeces to be dispatched. Products were not suitable so I decided to return which cost me £29. Overall the 3 fleeces cost £105 but £29 at my own expense to return. Ridiculous returns pricing.
No customer service
I have used 4th Arq many times and their service was always excellent - not this time! I ordered a fleece in their sale 3rd April. Have had no updates on dispatch etc. I emailed and was told they would contact the logistics company and get back to me. Nothing!

First time using this company
First time using this company. Ordered during the sale. One of the bralettes is faulty and I explained this in an email. 3 days later im told to return it for refund. Great so I thought. Then I emailed back how do I return it as no return docket. They replied 5 DAYS later and told me the details but I need to pay dpd to return it. So a faulty item which only cost me 10 but still not the point. So I've to pay maybe 8 euro to return this item and get 2 euro back as a result. Extremely poor customer service. First and last time using them
Poor Customer Service & Delivery times
I don’t leave bad reviews but I am very disappointed. Order was placed on the 2nd of the month. It’s now the 14th of the month, no tracking status and item has still not been delivered. Bare in. Mind it is coming from Dublinand I am based within Ireland. 12 days for national delivery is ridiculous.
To further frustrate the situation I have emailed and have not received a response as to whether the item is shipped or cancelled or in transit. There doesn’t seem to be a contact number to call. Very poor customer service from a reputable company.
