Very disappointed in the service

Very disappointed in the service. I ordered multiple fleeces to give as Christmas presents on the 24th of Nov, delivery says 3-5 working days. Got a follow up email on the 27th of Nov to say allow for 7-10 business days. I sent two follow up emails inquiring where my order was and no response. It is now 16th of Dec and I have still yet to hear from 4th arc. I am very annoyed at their customer service as I fully understand it’s a busy time of the year but to not inform their customers where their parcels are or if they’ll even arrive is very frustrating. To add to the frustration their website mentions to order by 18th of Dec to guarantee you get your order before Christmas Day is a joke as I’m get to receive an order I placed weeks ago. I won’t be able to use the fleeces as my Kris kindle presents as they won’t arrive on time.

Refund not issued 4 weeks after DPD returned the parcel

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has now been 4 weeks since DPD confirmed to me in writing and provided pictures that they successfully delivered my return to 4th ARQ warehouse in Dublin back on 14th Nov.
I have sent multiple e mails to 4th ARQ Customer Services asking when I will receive my refund. I have also sent them the DPD evidence and still they continue to ignore my request for a refund. This is not how I would expect a reputable Company to behave. To not issue a refund with a value of over £70, when they have received the returns back is unacceptable.

I have been a customer from the very start and have about 10-12 Lennox fleeces and have bought numerous for family members

I bought two on the 20th of November for family members , I emailed after a week just to see was there an update got no reply I emailed again a few days later and no reply also.
I recieved a reply yesterday after getting no reply for the previous two weeks to say unfortunately we can’t fulfil your order this was the 11th of December I got this Email , I am fuming

Zero customer service and Christmas present not delivered

Placed an order for a Christmas present on November 20th, tracking update advised on November 30th stating it is being shipped. I was advised that during peak times to allow 7-10 business days, however it is now 16 days and no change to tracking update. DPD update has stated since November 30th, that it is still awaiting parcel. I have emailed 4th Arq 3 days ago, they advise they will respond within 2 days, but I have had no response and I have no phone number to call anyone at 4th Arq to follow up as DPD say they do not have package. I am aware of this busy time but they should be prepared for this and also have customer service available to help. This is terrible, I am meeting the recipient of the present in 2 days, and I have no idea if I will have a present to provide to her. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Ordered 10 days ago

Ordered 10 days ago. No sign of my order. Got an email days ago saying the order is taking longer to process as their busy.
I emailed them however it says a response can take 7-10 days so thats not helpful.
I agree if they haven't the capacity to fulfill the orders at this time of year then dont sell the stock.

Don’t deserve even one star

Don’t deserve even one star - 3 weeks and counting waiting for delivery. Customer Service the worst when you contact. I think I’ve been scammed.

Order not recieved/very bad customer service!

I placed an order on the 20th of November and im still waiting to recieve on the 10th of December! I have emailed them three times to date with no reply, i cant find a telephone number to contact them by. The courier they use, DPD has been totaly unhelpful (when they answer the phone after days of trying to get through) simply say sorry about that! Customer service is appalling with both buinesses. Wont be buying with 4tharq again. Very fustrating.

Avoid!!!! Orders Not Processed for Weeks!

Ordered one item 11 days ago and it has still not even been processed or posted.

Says in my confirmation email that even in busy times, delivery will take between 7 and 10 days. It has now been 11 and they have still not processed my order, never mind it being sent or delivered.

Really poor and will never order again. Wish I have checked out the reviews before ordering from these scammers as I see huge numbers of reviews saying they had the exact same issues!

Poor service no updates on delivery

Poor service no updates on delivery - understandable that a business like this is inundated due to sales but they should not run the sales and sell stock if they are unale to fulfill demand. No updates on delivery after order placed 2 weeks ago

Avoid this scam

Ordered on 25th November and still ordered is unfulfilled. I’ve emailed 4 days ago in relation to this and no response.. surely due to Christmas period you would hire more staff etc to facilitate customer service delays.
Pure scam. No contact phone number!
I do not recommend this website

AVOID THIS COMPANY

No customer service whatso ever. Check out their Facebook page all the comments are the same. They won't offer cancellation and when item is returned they won't refund the money. They don't respond to emails. Avoid this company as if you want to return you pay for shipping and they won't send any refund at all.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered two fleeces off there Black Friday Sale on the 21st November, and still yet to receive any feedback or expected date of delivery. I'm emailed twice asking for an update, and received no feedback what so ever.

Would not recommend dealing with this business, until they get there customer service sorted.

If I could get a zero

If I could get a zero, I would I had to send my item back as it was too big. I had to pay for the returns from wales which was 20 pound to be told and I had to pay 22 pound for customs. I have been writing into this company as my parcel is now being lost. They do not reply and I’ve seen many complaints about their customer service services and people wanting their refunds. I would stay clear from this company unless you know your actual size and you’re more than unhappy to keep the item.

Customer service needs improvement.

My fleeces were far too big and I had to pay £15 to return them.
I was then asked to produce a postal receipt even though I put the order number in along with the fleeces.
I advise anyone not to buy from 4th Arq online anyway unless you’re completely sure of your size.
The whole experience has put me right off the brand now.
After spending £70 on two fleeces and then another £15 to return them. Not for me.

4th ARQ incompetency

It does not state anywhere on the website about it shipping from in Ireland, therefore, returns from the UK, cost £15.50 second class. It is currently still saying stuck in customs, after about 3 weeks after initial sending. I have had to email the company several times (nobody replies for a few days) confirmed refund, 3-5 working days. Currently on day 7 of no refund. Terrible customer service, keep being told refund is on the way and being dealt with "the correct team". Lots of excuses being made, due to "black friday". The company should still be able to deal with new orders, and existing. Will never purchase from this company again and still at quite a loss how to claim my refund.

First order

First order, 4 working days later and not even an email update. Ordered something standard not off a promotion. Not a good look

Just to add , we are now at 13 days , nothing has arrived. Order still at confirmed. No communication from 4th arq

I love this brand but.…

I love this brand, but never attempt to return anything. You can only send your item back via DPD, and it must be collected. I received my order, and it was obvious that someone had tampered with the label and added stitches. I contacted ARQ. They responded quickly, but things went downhill from there. I am no longer receiving helpful emails. I work Monday to Friday and they only collect on those days. No time slots. I still have my damaged item.
