Fast movers. Got the job done

I am so glad I found this company after several bad experiences with other companies. I hired 14 different movers this past week and Eugene was THE BEST by far!! He is very organized, detailed, great communication, great packing, great attitude and so much more!!! I will not hire anybody else now.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT hire them. I rarely leave reviews this is my second with this company. Trying to warn others. I recently placed a review as my experience was so horrific. The movers said the would provide me with a refund. That did not happen. They are really horrible to work with

I hired 2 guys to help me move within my building from studio to 1 bedroom. Guys did a solid job! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable moving company.

This company hit a residential building and fled the scene by going the wrong way down a one way street! They are also refusing to pay for the damages. They need to take accountability for their actions. Such deplorable behavior, so beware!

The guys are working really hard. They have moved us from Orange to Irvine. Best movers we have ever had!!!

Like many others have reported, our movers were about a half hour beyond our delivery window, but they WERE considerate enough to call to let us know they would be late. Traffic in LA is unpredictable, so I can’t fault them too much here.

One of our movers wore shorts & sandals, which I thought was a bit dangerous. He was a big guy though, and it didn’t seem to hinder him, or slow him down in any way. Both movers did a great job of moving, loading, unloading, and staging our furniture/ boxes & were both courteous & friendly. Job itself, no complaints.

Things get a little dicey on the price/ payment end of things. We were given a total after the job was complete. I asked whether I could pay be credit card & was told it would then include a 10% convenience charge, but they accept Zelle as an alternative. I opted for Zelle, but somehow the total increased by, you guessed it, 10%. I didn’t want to stir up any trouble. Unfortunately, the new total was a few bucks more than Zelle would allow, so I paid the max allowable through Zelle, slapped the mover a $20 to cover the remainder, and gave them $100 cash tip.

Later that afternoon/ evening we received an email receipt, stating they received our “original amount” (pre-10% added) via Zelle. I responded to the email asking for an accurate receipt (twice now), and have filled out the form on the website requesting the same. Seem to have been ghosted by these guys on that front.

In a nutshell, the movers are great. The billing/ office, not so much. For these reasons (at this time), I cannot recommend them, nor would I use them again.

4US moving hit my communities building and is not taking responsibility for the damage. After the incident one employee ran a way on foot and driver fled the scene of the accident (the wrong way on a one way street).

For you safety, DO NOT use them! My family member was harassed by the worker!!! He took pictures of her and was asking her questions about who lives in the home, etc. A police report is being filed.
