Worst customer service ever! Ordered 6 weeks ago and haven't received it. I have reached out multiple times to customer service and have barely gotten a response. Buyer beware.

I purchased before and never had issues. I was so excited to try a new product and I ordered it. It took them a month to ship and I emailed customer service over my order. They did not respond. However, I was sent and charged the items. I finally received and was so excited. I soon disgusted when I opened up the product to finally try it looked like dry vomit. I checked the expiration and sure enough the product was expired. I emailed customer service and no response. Then on Facebook I left a comment to describe my experience and the sent me a message to “try to help” and then left me ghosted. They even took it as far as deleting my comment. They have horrible customer service and I would warn consumers before purchasing. Just don’t. I will not recommend

I tried 6 AM run years ago, products are NOT effective or helpful in anyway and as a treat for trying them I've been spammed for YEARS by them despite requesting complete data deletion and replying "STOP" to their incessent spam! F&*K this place!

First off, the product was not great. It tasted awful.
Next, after purchasing from 6AM Run 5-6 years ago ONCE, I repeatedly attempted to stop receiving marketing communications. I unsubscribed from emails, replied "STOP" to marketing text messages, and blocked their number. Despite taking all of those steps, I continued receiving promotional emails and texts.

When I raised the issue directly with CEO Hami Mahani, I found his responses frustrating. First, he told me the company wasn't violating any rules. Then he told me I had already been removed from their contact list—even though I was still receiving marketing emails and text messages afterward. From my perspective, that felt dismissive and like my experience was being minimized rather than addressed.

What made the situation even more disappointing was that, instead of resolving the issue, he blocked me on social media while the company continued sending me the very marketing messages I had repeatedly asked to stop.

As a consumer, I expect a company to honor unsubscribe requests and respect my decision not to receive further marketing. Instead, I felt ignored and dismissed.

After this experience, I searched online and found other customers describing similar issues, which suggested my experience may not have been an isolated one.

Until the company consistently honors opt-out requests and responds constructively to legitimate customer concerns, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

I have kept records of my unsubscribe attempts, my communications with the company, and the marketing messages I continued to receive afterward. I will continue reporting any unwanted marketing communications through the appropriate channels.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have not been able to cancel the subscription or pull my credit card information away from this fraudulent company.

I’ve seen their company around for at least the past seven years. I thought for sure they were legit, so I finally ordered from them. They have charged me at least four times and I’ve only gotten two deliveries actually fulfilled. They blocked me on Facebook after warning other potential buyers and messaging them trying to get help with unsubscribing.

Another order came out again today!

This company has totally ruined online shopping for me for other retailers, too.

Impossible to cancel your subscription, have emailed, texted and they are still charging and sending me their unwanted product.

Hami, the owner is a professional con artist and marketing magician. He has been reported to the FTC and Delaware DOJ for scamming wholesale buyers. He will have jail time to serve within the next 5 years. Stay away at all costs.

To Hamis kids: One day if you read this when you grow up know that you do not have to follow your dads footsteps. He is a wicked man. Don't trust anything he says to you. He is a professional liar. Find your own way and split from him for your own sake.

I am writing this to warn everyone about 6AM RUN and its owner, Hami Mahani. I paid them $4,400 via wire transfer for inventory that was never delivered. For weeks, I have been begging for my refund. I have sent countless messages and emails, but I have been met with nothing but lies, excuses, and eventually complete silence.
This is not just a business delay; this is a criminal scam. They have caused me immense mental torture and financial distress.

If you are a business owner or an athlete, DO NOT BUY from this company. They will take your money and disappear. I am now taking them to Small Claims Court in Brooklyn, NY.

The product is terrible. Company supports known cheaters. Also after dozens upon dozens of times, I’ve tried to unsubscribe or opt out of emails and this company ignored my requests. I finally reached out to CEO and he said he wasn’t breaking any laws (hello CAN SPAM Act). Do NOT purchase from this company.

I getting the same experience I see repeated here in other reviews, where the continue to spam my email even though I've unsubscribed multiple time and even blocked some of their accounts on my email. Don't give them your contact details!

Delayed shipping. Bad (no?) customer support. Endless spam texts that I opted out of multiple times.

I am a company that sells on amazon. I reached out to 6am run I spoke to the owner directly Hami. We closed a deal for 200 units for $4400. After I sent payment he started making up stories that he needs time to deliver the items. He mentioned a few times that hes moving warehouses and that hes sorry. And so I waited and waited. Until I realized hes a scam. I starting looking up on BBB and trust pilot and noticed I wasnt the only victim to Hami's crime. Hes different than all other scammers because he continues with his lies. He will not run away. He will continue answering your phone calls but making up stories. Dont fall for his lies. He sounds like a legit person. He will tell you that he has a warehouse in DE and you are more than welcomed to come down there. He knows what hes doing. Do not do business with him. 6am run, I should have ran. I called him after I already departed ways with my $4400. He picked up not knowing its me. I told him when are you sending the 100k you owe me. He right away response, "what 100k?? I wish I have your 100k!!" Bottom line, RUN. I could have used this money to help pay my kids tuition and instead I handed it over to this scammer.

I am suddenly receiving spam emails from this company telling me about a purchase I have made. I have never heard of this company and have never done business with them. I also have more than Zero reviews on the Trustpilot platform, as they seem to claim about anyone that leaves them a bad review. If, on the other hand, they are indeed a legit business and someone is using their business platform fraudulently, they need to sort it out quickly.

This company continues to send spam emails to my work address, which has never been published or shared publicly. I have never subscribed to their mailing list. Despite multiple complaints to the organization managing their email service, the spam persists. This is completely unacceptable. Please disregard this suspicious “business.”

Not funny at all!! All of these are real people and businesses who got scammed.

My review is based on my direct experience, and I stand by it. I also asked you if I can come in person and visit but was refused. I have all the text messages and call records.
Instead of addressing valid concerns, you’re dismissing them as fake. I tried resolving this privately for 5 months but was met with excuses. Scamming others is not fun. You will face consequences. Genuine businesses take accountability, not discredit customers.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this seller. In September 2024, I paid $4,578 for an order of 200 units. After covering shipping costs, they only delivered 12 units instead of 200. Despite months of follow-ups, I was repeatedly given excuses and false promises. When I escalated the issue to Amazon, my case was denied, and I even received a violation notice for ‘wrongful information.’

Throughout this process, I called the company almost daily, trying to resolve the issue, but they consistently ignored emails and only responded via text or calls. Their customer service was dismissive and rude, showing no concern for my situation.

After leaving a review, the seller personally called threatened me and stating that he doesn’t care and would not assist me.

I strongly urge others who have had similar experiences to report this business to the appropriate legal authorities. Businesses should be held accountable for their actions and maintain ethical standards.

I placed an order in September for 240units but only received 120, which was extremely disappointing.
Yes i live in USA and i have proofs that sent only half of my order he stole my money .
This experience has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. A company should be accountable for delivering what customers pay for and maintaining transparency in their transactions. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. Due to their failure to fulfill my order correctly and the lack of reliable customer service, I cannot recommend doing business with them. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before making a purchase.

6amRun has been a huge part of my running life since 2019. I tried their products and was hooked. Additionally, they have an incredible support group where I have made many friends and learned so much from Hami and all the other amazing customers. I wish I could pick a favorite product, but everything on their line has provided an incredible benefit nutritionally. It’s one of the best companies, and I trust them wholeheartedly!

I feel blessed to have found 6AM Run and give myself the opportunity to test their products. I am a Venezuelan migrant, 57 years old and had diabetes 2 from about 10 years ago. I joined a special training, lost 26 kilos, got rid off diabetes, and now I am 100% healthy and 6AM Run is a real partner, is a family, is a real support every training that I do, I focuss and give 100% in my runs and trainings because I know that 6amrun got my back!!! Thank you guys.
