I paid $4,250 USD for inventory from 6am in October 2024, but never received the goods. Despite numerous follow-ups via email and phone, all I received were automated replies and no real response. They even stopped communicating when I asked about my refund, only sending more automated messages.

This company seems to be engaging in fraudulent practices, and I am now forced to escalate the situation.

We all have zero other reviews because this is the first time we've been scammed by someone. You are a thief using amazons platform to victimize small business owners.

And yes you’ll say I have no other reviews, but neither do the positive ones you likely pay people to write if you aren’t creating them yourself. I hope people see though you and don’t fall victim to this scam artist. Police report has been filed, Better Business Bureau review is next, then Amazon Seller Forums and I’ll keep going till you refund me the $2500 you stole from me.

Your claim of having "real contact information" is laughable. I have the full record of my attempts to contact your company, which includes unanswered calls, ignored emails, and the complete lack of professionalism from your end. We purchased 220 units from 6AM Run LLC for our Amazon brand in October 2024, and as of today, January 11, 2025, we have received nothing. For three months, we’ve been chasing this brand to ship our products, but all we’ve gotten are fake commitments, irrelevant responses, and delays.

They repeatedly asked to schedule meetings, but no one shows up at the scheduled time. Calls and emails are met with excuses like holidays or vague promises about shipping. After months of frustration, we’ve decided to end this business relationship and have repeatedly requested a refund, but they continue to dodge the issue.

We are left with no choice but to report and file claims with federal authorities and our payment provider to recover our money. We’ve given the brand a one-week deadline to resolve this. This experience has been nothing but a waste of time and resources. Avoid doing business with them!

They charged me almost 5k for an order but never shipped it to me. I did not purchase it from third party. The money is straight transferred to their bank account. I have a valid invoice from the brand. Plus I have all the proof of communication with the brand owner.
I have been communicating with the brand owner for past 4 months but he always gave me false promises over the phone. He never reply to my emails except text messages and calls. I have all the text messages from him as well as zoom calls records I scheduled with him. He is just repeating himself every time I called him that he will work on it and will ship it to me by tomorrow. But that never happens.

I don’t understand how they run this business? With fraud?

As an avid runner, I am always looking to try new products to see if they help with performance and recovery. I purchased two sample packs (a 12-pack and a 6-pack) to try all the products. They were all great, but the pre-workout flavors were my favorite. I plan on purchasing from them again.

It is scam business, we are waiting for refund for more than two months, several fake promises on multiple follow ups.

On September 17, 2024, we placed an order with 6 AM RUN for 200 units of merchandise, totaling $4,483.50, with the understanding that the items would be shipped directly to Amazon. However, the supplier only shipped 13 units, far short of the agreed quantity.

Initially, the supplier provided tracking numbers as proof of delivery, but further investigation revealed these were fake and unrelated to the actual shipment. Amazon reported a discrepancy of 187 units and highlighted a weight mismatch:

Shipping plan weight: 174.61 lbs
Carrier weight: 11.9 lbs
Weight difference: 162.71 lbs

These findings confirmed the shipment was incomplete and grossly underrepresented.

The supplier assured us the remaining units would be shipped directly to our warehouse within 10 days. Despite granting them this window and waiting an additional three weeks, no shipment or resolution has been provided.

Unprofessional Communication:

Efforts to resolve this directly with the supplier have been met with unprofessional and evasive responses. Emails have included emojis and overly casual tones, minimizing the severity of the situation. Excuses such as holidays, expos, or meetings have repeatedly been used to delay resolution. Additionally, fake screenshots of a refund were sent, further misleading us and wasting our time.

Pattern of Fraudulent Activity:

Research revealed numerous Trustpilot reviews and BBB complaints against this brand, describing similar scams involving undelivered goods and evasive tactics. It appears this is a recurring issue affecting many businesses.

Further, the brand owner reportedly files false Intellectual Property (IP) complaints against resellers who list their products on Amazon, regardless of compliance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. To safeguard our Amazon account, we proactively deleted our listings after these risks became apparent.

Desired Resolution:

We demand a full refund of $4,483.50 for the undelivered merchandise. The supplier’s failure to fulfill the order, provide a resolution, or act professionally has left us no choice but to escalate this matter.

Pick Marathon for a subtle but long-lasting energy for a long run. Sprint for a big burst of energy and focus to make you feel like you can do anything. Neither make me jittery or make my skin burn 👍 All the flavors taste great and mix up well, you can't go wrong!

6AM Run had a super quick delivery. I had tried other brands and the flavor drove me away. 6AM Raspberry Iced Tea is so good. One scoop of Marathon in the morning gets me through my run and no crazy side effects. I recommend 100%

Amazing products I have tried about 5 different ones and out of all Marathon is my favorite because it isn’t an insanely stimulated pre workouts but it’s more of a feel good running supplement you will definitely feel the difference especially when the mileage kicks in. Disregarding distance it has helped me immensely in track sprints aswell as every day treat. Peach Mango is a must try

I didn’t experience any jitters, and I felt focused the entire time. The fruit punch flavor was pretty good too.

The only downside was that the effect wore off a bit quicker than I expected, but it’s still a solid product for shorter races or intense workouts.

I've just tried 6AM Run for the first time, both the pre and post workout formulas. Both worked great-even better than expected. I also enjoyed the flavor of both. It was stronger than Gatorade (a definite plus for me) without being overpowering.

I've been using 6AM Run for over a year and absolutely love it! I use Marathon for all my pre race/run nutrition and energy and my legs never get tired! I use Finishline after all my runs/races to eliminate any sore legs or fatigue from my runs! I highly recommend using 6AM Run for all your pre/post race needs! The powder is easy to mix with no clumping and tastes great too! I wouldn't be running the race paces of a 20/30 year old @ age 49 if it wasn't for 6AM Run! 5☆'s all day!
