I received my funded account a day late and all messages from chat were not answered all day yesterday or emails to support I finally got amessage today int he afternoon about my funded account

I can’t say anything bad about this company… After receiving my first payout I had to contact them to request a new funded account as there was a delay in resetting my account. Needless to say, today I received my second payout! 😎

There is plenty of prop firm, but only one true prop firm which is 8figuretrader 😊 I have only good experience with them and not just cause I passed the challenge. Website is great and very imformative, easy to navigate on the website and have all the info. Customer service is top and they answer my questions fast. Prices are also very competitive.

Refuse to process the withdrawal.
When operational mistakes led to a violation of the consistency rules, I confirmed with 8FigureTrader, and they stated, 'We would only remove the specific trades from the profit.
At the same time, I also saw in the 8FigureTrader 'FAQ section' that the regulations are indeed stated as such.
However, even after removing the specific trades from the profit, there is still a remaining profit, yet 8FigureTrader actually refuses to pay!!!!
Furthermore, they did not restart the account according to the consistency rule violation. Instead, they used an unrelated '4 ways' to make me lose my account.
And ridiculously, they offered me a '10% discount,' described as follows: 'For the next 30 days, you can open a new account with a 10% discount. Use discount code “HFT10PERCENT” when registering for a new account.
I have kept records of all my conversations with customer service. This is undoubtedly fraud!!

I’m funded with them since five months, had 7 payouts and never had any sort of issue. The pay every time and most important, ON TIME.

In my opinion 8figuretrader is a good prop firm based on the support I have received to this date. Their response is fast when I reach out to support. So test it yourself and see for yourself.

I submitted a withdrawal request but it was rejected, citing Stacking Breach. I sent an email asking for more information but did not receive any response. Just answered on trustpilot by claiming that

After reviewing your account when you requested a payout, there were several instances of stacking. For example, on your account you placed 3 trades of XTIUSD on October 30th in the same direction and closed all 3 of those trades at the exact same time.

Additionally on that exact same day you also opened 3 orders of XAUUSD, and again you closed all of those trades at the exact same time generating more than half of the profit you wished to withdrawal.

Let me explain it like this: This information is incorrect. On October 30th, I traded only 2 XTIUSD positions. The first position was at 00:02:26 with 1 lotsize And at 00:03:18 I opened an order of 0.25 lotsize Total of only 2 positions 1 lot and 0.25 lot
First off I close the trade 0.25 lotsize At the time 16:10:33
But I split the order to close 0.5 from 1 lotsize At the time 16:12:23
and close the remaining orders 0.5 from 1 lotsize At the time 16:12:35
In fact, there were only 2 open positions, but I closed only half of them at different times, so the MT4 trade history shows 3 open positions on October 30.
Similarly, in XAU trading, I open a 1 lotsize trade at 03:02:02 and close it in 0.5, 0.25, 0.25 respectively, making the trading history in MT4 look like 3 trade positions, in reality it is only 1 trade position 1 lotsize
Also my maximum profit is 1067 less than half of the total profit requested for withdrawal. Total profit is 4017.59 I have sent the information, please reply to my email, check again

This is a great prop firm. They allow US residents to join and trade HFT using the MetaTrader 4 platform. They also offer a 85% profit split after the first 30 days of receiving your funded account. The only downside is that they don’t accept credit card or direct bank wire transfers. I hope they will be able to do that soon for the people that can’t use crypto.

Great company, very professional! Quick answers with customer service. Payout process is straightforward. Provide KYC, request payout, takes about 24 hours for approval, funds arrive via Bitcoin next day.
