8 Figure Trader is very understanding of problems and provides good customer service

First and foremost 8FigureTrader support team is truly top-notch. They were not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I had questions or need clarification, they were quick to respond and provided clear, helpful answers. Their guidance throughout the process was invaluable.

If you’re looking for a funding partner that values customer support and delivers on their promises with timely payouts, I highly recommend working with 8FigureTrader. They have certainly earned my trust.

Great support, it’s almost midnight in my country and I bought a challenge. But after I bought it I thought I made a mistake in crypto payments. I contacted the live support and was impressed by the fast response from 8 Figure Trader.

Thanks to Cloe for being so helpful to me as a customer :)

I had a complex case that was handled swiftly, fairly and super quick. Their support team is amazing and will endeavor to solve any issues you have. Complete transparency 🙏🙏

Amazing experience and great prop firm. I’m in my late 50’s and have dealt with many prop firms over the years. The best thing about them is how quick they process the payout (mine was done in less than half a day). It’s so comforting and hassle free, love dealing with 8FigureTrader, highly recommended

The best prop firm in the world 💯✅. 8FigureTrader all the way!! 🚀

8 Figure Trader is one of the best prop firm I’ve ever come across. My trading career start here. Everything smooth, excellent customer service. I highly recommend

I’ve had a very positive experience with 8FIGURETRADER. What stood out to me was their customer support, which was both responsive and incredibly helpful. From the beginning, the team took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured I fully understood the funding process, which really helped me build my confidence.

8FIGURETRADER also does a great job at being transparent with their funding criteria and requirements, which made it easier for me to plan my trading strategy effectively. They provide clear guidelines and realistic goals for trader, which feels supportive rather than restrictive. The platform itself is well designed, user-friendly, and the real-time performance tracking tools helped me stay on top of my goals.

One area for improvement could be to offer more educational resources specifically geared towards at different levels. While their resources are solid, expanding on these could make the experience even better, particularly for beginners.

Overall 8FIGURETRADER is doing a fantastic job supporting traders and providing a solid foundation for success.

8figure trader has some good concepts. HFT passing for funding. I've heard they do payout but unfortunately I haven't been able to get to that stage which is my own fault.

There are to issues I found with 8figure which if they look into could make them a really good prop firm but this holds them back.

1) Communication: After attempting numerous live chats I never really got a response, you get an automated email which suggests you will get a response but it never comes which can be frustrating as all live chats do just eventually time out. No response to emails either which is pretty poor.

2: Dashboard: There has been an issue with the dashboard where it doesn't really update, there's not many features and fair enough if you are going for the simple approach but it's just not very user friendly. This issue has been around since I started on the 1st October and still not fixed by the 1st November.

Have to admit I was very skeptical at first so I only purchased a 25k account. After receiving my funding account and then generating only a 3.5% return, I regretted not signing up for the million dollar challenge from the hop. Needless to say i now have max allocation and am excited for my next payout. Let’s go!

Excellent customer service with quick and responsive replies whenever I needed assistance. I haven’t made any withdrawals yet, but my experience has been positive so far.

They lived up to their promises and their response time to any queries is second to none.

Awesome Prop Firm!
Used discount code FLASH090 to receive a 50% discount on my 1M challenge account. Outstanding support service and respond quickly and reliably. I got some trouble because my mistake but 8FT support help me solve all troubles. First payout covered my investment and was a smooth process. I appreciate it. I share 8FT with my friends and community.

8 Figure Trader has exceeded my expectations! The customer service is outstanding and the whole experience has been seamless. In the world of prop firms, they’re definitely leading the pack.

Not going to lie I was expecting a payout denial without any reason just like it happens on other HFT firm but I’m surprised they gave me my payout on time. I will definitely refer and buy more accounts!

Initially I was a bit hesitant because it’s a HFT firm, but after receiving my payout right on time, my confidence in 8figuretrader has skyrocketed. Excited for more payouts in the future!

Hello 8FT,
Thanks for nice, friendly and trustable services of supports and payouts as well, I hope 8FT will be the best prop firm in 2025. No issue to make any situation, risk management team also will solve any problems that you could face into. They also make your payout process as faster as possible they could.

I’ve suggested to many and a few have gotten their money. It’s dependable. Stick to the strategies and keep informed to do well

Just processed my second payout! 8figuretrader has been great and very professional. I look forward to trading confidently with 8figuretrader and hopefully more payouts.

I have tried many HFT prop firms such as Nova Funding, Kortana and Infinity Forex Funds but these guys are the best. Higher payout percentages and have real live support
