We purchased, 50 pairs of a particular product getting convinced by the product description and images.

The entire order came out to be of different size, and the customer care wasnt even ready to accept the mistake and refund.

Please avoid 99 wholesale.

Took the money but no order was delivered

99acres back office people give wrong information and sales there pakage. They only want to complete their target not customer satisfaction. Nabeel mohd, sayyed mohd and arnika singh are the fake people. Totally worst experience very bad survice

Horrible experience.
The website confirmed that my order of more than 5k can be delivered for COD with an extra Rs 100 to be paid for COD orders. It also confirmed that the COD order will be delivered by 22nd dec.

I went ahead and confirmed the order with COD deliver because it confirmed that it will arrive by 22nd Dec.

2-3 days after I placed the order, their executive calls and messages me (from this no. +91 95611 22544); and asks me if I confirm my order. I said I had already confirmed with COD and expect the delivery by 22nd dec because after that I will be out of station.

The executive then asks me to pay 500 to confirm the order because it is above 2k, to which I agreed too and paid via WhatsApp on a upi number.

After I paid the 500, the executive then informs me that the order will reach in 8-9 days (which is way after 22nd dec). I remind her that I have placed the order only because it had mentioned that it will arrive by 22nd dec.

Then she mentions that if I want the order between 4-5 days, then I should pay prepaid. At this point I was very dissatisfied talking to this executive, because even if I do go for prepaid and paid rest of the amount, the order would still would not arrive by 22nd dec. I told her that at this point it is their issue to make sure that I get my order on the date mentioned in the website for COD order. I also gave them a day extension and said that 23rd dec would be okay too.

I recieved a tracking link and now the order says by 28th December.

I would like to point out that:
1. The support executive was least helpful.
2. They called to confirm my order 2-3 days after I had placed or.
3. Took rs 500 advance through whatsapp scan code and no proper website link.
5. Still delayed the delivery despite of mentioning all the reasons above

I would advice to not use this website.

All wrong or fake products received.Please don't buy any products. not worthy at all. They will ask us to ship the product if it is not good. which will eat our time and money. its waste of time and money.

Do not buy bulk product...They send wrong product

Guys!! Do not buy more than one of same product. They will send you wrong products and ask you to do courier instead of doing replacement from their side.

I ordered 3 set wooden placemat of Rs.99 whicg is of 3 pieces (300Rs). Only one i got the right size (16.5 cm 16.5 cm) other all 8 placemat i got smaller ones(15cm15cm). When I asked so many times to initiate replacement, they are denied and arguing each design has different size , if so they should mention in website itself.

Whoever posting customer reviews video in Instagram or whoever orders only one product, to them only they send exact size product...Its completely disappointed from 99wholesale....Bad customer service.....
