Placed order on 15th April, today is 25th but order isn't shipped. I requested them to update the order on WhatsApp chat. But no response. Sent mail too but haven't heard anything from them.

Ordered 3months back, no update from them, and now when I mailed gmail said "Address not found"

They are scammer they takes order they takes your momey and don't deliver your product

I have order 6 they have sent only 4 and they are not replying also it's a waste of money no one should buy .order id #52994
They are fraud there email doens't work no one replies on watsapp also so its a fraud company

Just fraud nothing more they will put huge discount and takes order but no response afterwards it's been more than one and half month I have not received my order or my money back they just cancelled the order blocked my number on whatsapp as well.

I ordered goods on 8th March and there was no information or delivery till 18th March. Neither a tracking ID nor a single reply as to apologising the delay.
Goods never received.

Disgusting Products. It took more than 20 days to reach me. Also, I placed an order for 8 chocolates and I recd only 4 chocolates. Also, had written to them on the same and they do not even bother to respond on the same. Completely avoidable.

I placed an order for 2 brownies from Ditch The Guilt on March 7 through their website via Instagram (Order ID: 50708). The payment was completed successfully, but I have not received any dispatch or tracking update.

I tried contacting the company through WhatsApp and Instagram multiple times, but there has been no response so far.

It is very disappointing to see such poor communication after taking a customer's payment. Customers at least deserve a clear update about their order status.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, the company should process a refund immediately. I hope the team responds soon and resolves this issue.

They run ads on social media but don't have a customer support team. I ordered a few prepaid products from them, and it's been 20 days and I haven't received them. I messaged them on LinkedIn and WhatsApp, but no response. I don't know whether they're a scam, but they're definitely not worthy of trust. Don't order from this place.

It's a total scam.
I ordered two chocolate bars on 15th February. It was a prepaid order. I just got a mail that my order has been confirmed but didn't receive any tracking I'd. Today is 23rd of Feb and still no update. They don't even reply to the mails.

Absolute SCAM. No response from them, no shipping updates, can't communicate by email, phone or WhatsApp. Will complain to the Cyber cell to take this SCAMMER down.

I have ordered on 9 feb and got my order on 22 feb...and it was written prepaid order deliveres in 1 day...and after 12 days of waiting they have send the different chocolates from which i ordered...they are doing totally scam with peoples...and there was 6 chocolates in my order and got only 5...v v v bad experience...it should be shut down...
