When we arrived to view the car was ready and in a superb condition. There was no pushy sales pitch and everything was explained clearly. He was knowledgeable, straight talking and honest and although the car we viewed wasn't suitable, the whole experience of A1 Ortos was really positive. The dealership had some fantastic cars and the guys that work there are friendly with a great ethos. There are a lot of dealerships out there that could learn a thing or two from A1 Ortos. We loved the non pushy service and loads of detail before seeing the car including a personalised video. Daren was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. The car is amazing and would definitely use their service again in the future.
