The car didn't come within promised time - 15-20 minutes from baggage collect, normally you state 10-15minutes. We chased up twice and apparently there had been a mistake with the registration being nearly identical ??? to another car and wrong car was brought to terminal. Apologies but it took 50 minutes waiting in the cold at 2am to finally get car. Not this company's normal service as use all the time. Hopefully a one-off hiccup.

We rang when 20 mins away driver was there to meet us very simple and speedy process and very easy access to terminal same process on return

Reliability and good communication.

The company were in touch with me both for drop off and delivery. The gentleman who delivered my car back went out of his way to be helpful, even stopping cars to allow me out in the mayhem that was T2 carpark when I arrived yesterday.

The whole process went smoothly. Dropped off at airport, crossed over to the terminal.
On Return, telephoned the number as requested, car was already at the airport waiting for us.
Checked car over, all good as when dropped off. Loaded luggage and set off home.

ABSOLUTE THIEVES! Booked parking, got a phone call that was emergency and cancelled the parking, all these in less than 5 minutes and got charged £20 for the cancelation! HELLO YOU THIEVES! What are you doing!? REALLY £20 for not even parking there a minute!? Just for the cancelation!? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND CLOSED FOR GOOD BY THESE AUTHORITIES THAT ARE SLEEPING AND DOING NOTHING WHEN IT COMES TO THIEVES LIKE YOU! Shame on you and all authorities that allow you to exist! HOPE NOBODY WILL EVER BOOK PARKING WITH YOU!

I used A2Z Airport Parking at Stansted Airport while away on holiday and returned to find clear signs that someone had been using my car during my absence. The driver’s seat was fully reclined, the air vents had been moved, and there was a stale, unpleasant smell inside the vehicle — none of which were present when I left it.

It’s deeply concerning that my car was not treated with the care and respect I expected. This experience has raised serious questions about how vehicles are handled by their staff. I paid for secure parking, not for someone to relax in my car while I was away.

Very disappointed and would not recommend A2Z at Stansted based on this experience.

The guys from A2Z parking were great, very friendly and polite at all times. The only downside is the additional £12 for using the short stay car park when picking up and dropping off on top of the actual parking fee charged by A2Z.

The location is very convenient — close to the airport with plenty of spacious parking spots. The free shuttle service to the terminal is a big plus. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the shuttle; currently, it’s a small van with cramped seating. A proper coach or bus would make the transfer more comfortable. Overall, a solid and reliable parking choice.

I had a fantastic experience using the Meet and Greet service through A2Z Airport Parking. The entire process was seamless—from the moment I arrived, a friendly and professional staff member was ready to collect my car. No waiting around, no stress about finding a parking space.

On return, my car was ready and waiting just a few steps from the terminal. It saved me so much time and hassle, especially after a long flight. The staff were courteous and efficient, and my car was returned exactly as I left it.

The most difficult part of the experience is remembering that they are located on the first floor - one level up. Once you get that part solved everything else is excellent. Polite collection and ontime return. Have used the service a couple of times now and will use again next time I fly from Gatwick.
