Efficient service, highly recommended.

Booked last minute so was cautious but cannot fault Jumbo's service we parked up 4am and Staff were ready for a smooth transfer to Heathrow Terminal 4 journey time was 25 mins on return after 10 days called the number given at time of booking once bags collected made our way to Long Stay car park where we only waited 10 mins before Jumbo driver came to pick us up. Driven back to the compound collected our car and made our way home. Very smooth and professional service after a long haul flight will use again for sure. Thanks Jumbo

Jumbo Parking were brilliant from start to finish. The team were professional and friendly, and they answered all my questions before I'd even booked. Most importantly, they were right on time for both my drop-off and my pick-up from the airport, which takes a lot of stress out of travelling. I'll definitely be using them again.

Staff informed me about everything proactively. Good service

The drop off and the pick up times to and from the airport were very smooth and on time. My car was in the safe hands with Jumboparking. I will always refer jumbo parking to everyone. I had a good experience. Thank you.

Jumbo parking were ok. They did the job, their vehicles are a little old and we were squeezed in a bit, but they got us there. The car was not moved from the day we dropped it off until pick up. The site could be tidied up a bit, but they are not expensive and you do get what you pay for. I would use them again.

every thing was brill including the price
no waiting to be taken to airport
pickup wait was less than 5 min
will use all the time now also told all my friends how good it was

Good basic efficient service does what it says on the tin very happy

Easy cheap straightforward parking
The only suggestion would be a sign out on the road for direction as it is easy to miss the turning
Otherwise no concerns

Easy to find and the service to an from airport was excellent, communication was really good kept in touch the whole time.
Thank you so much jumbo would definitely use you again.

The experience was great everything as planned 👍

Excellent professional service. Vwry punctual and reliable both going and coming from airport. Highly commended service.

The service was very good but if you are wanting to get home or to the airport in a hurry the journey is 30 minutes. But good value for money only £62 for 11days parking and your car is safely locked up

Great price. Easy to find folllwing sat nav. Prompt pick up and drop off and they loaded our cases in and out too. Outside the ulez zone so saved us money on going to LHR. Happily dropped us to our hotel at Heathrow right outside.
Only criticism would be more lighting at the actual yard for when you are parked and having to make your way to the entrance. Will definitely use again.

Excellent value for money.
Very reliable and trustworthy service. The car park was easy to find and the staff are friendly.

I booked jumbo parking for my late night time outbound flight whilst travelling with family and loads of luggage. I wanted to use their so called shuttle service for transfer to the airport terminal but their shuttle service had stopped operating at 18:00 in the evening. Their location is also around 30 minutes to about one hour to the airport, depending on traffic conditions. I had to find alternative ways to parking and moving my luggage in such a short time. This consequently cost me double the amount I had paid Jumbo parking and they have yet not honoured their refund policy. Would not advice anyone to trust jumbo parking without doing their own research before booking.

Quick and reliable easy to book

Early flight and early pickup on return and very little waiting for a ride. They called me to check if i was ready, very efficient service and so much cheaper than Heathrow parking.

Excellent service for the price. Followed instructions, rang 30 mins before arrival, shuttle was waiting when I arrived, dropped at Heathrow well on time. On return, again rang as instructed and we had a short 20 minutes wait for the return shuttle. Place was easy to find, staff were polite. Definitely recommended

First time using Jumbo will definitely be using again first class service really good communication and all round great service
