I’ve not received my order yet. It’s been more than a month and able to reach out to anyone. Have raised a ticket but no response

I wish I had read all the reviews first.
Do not buy from here scam company.

Aachho ....this company has become completely dishonest and fraudulent. They take people’s money but neither deliver the product nor refund the amount. I strongly advise everyone not to trust this company

Aachho is a scam. Never order from this pathetic website. I placed a Buy 1 Get 1 order, but they never delivered the main product even after a very long time. I was on vacation in India and had to leave, and despite repeatedly asking for a refund, they have refused to return my money for the product I never received.

The other item I received, which was supposed to be free under the Buy 1 Get 1 offer, is also of very poor quality and does not fit me. I wanted to return that as well, but they have been completely unresponsive.

Their customer support does not answer calls, and they simply refuse to issue refunds. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

It's a self hyped brand...totally over rated...their customer support is non existent....no one gets back, half the numbers provided are out of service, rest half available, no one picks up or gets back. Recently they started a fraudulent scheme...B1G1. So I booked a dress worth 3700 approximately, and they added another one with it under the scheme. So they send me the low quality add on worth 1700/- and never sent me the dress I booked..which means they cheated me of 2000/- . Totally unprofessional, unresponsive, no staff ( must not be paying to staff, so no one is interested) No answered emails, no call backs, nothing. Please don't fall for thrir advertisements. They are cheating ppl. Thrir are safer portals like Myntra, Nyyka to buy from. I had pre paid for my order, that was a blunder I did. Never buy from this brand....total frauds

Maine 2 suit october me order kia , sirf ek deliver hua wo bhi december me, 2nd suit abhi tk nhi aaya, december me 3 aur suit maine order kiye usme se 2 aaye aur abhi bhi 1 nhi aaya. Still 2 suits mere deliver nhi huye hai. Maine 10-15 time ticket raise kia, customer care pe call kia , koi receive nhi krta nhi hi inka kbhi samne se call aaya aaj tk. Sb order prepaid hai mere. Almost 9k ka order mera pending hai. Jis function ke liye order kia wo kbka nikal gya. Koi bhi update nhi ki aachho kb delivery krega. Every single day mai call kr rhi hu tickets raise kr rhi hu.. even maine consumer forum me complain bhi kia hai.

I ordered 2 outfits! I received one but not the other. I have tried numerous times to contact aachho through instragram, WhatsApp, even the online talk. However I have had no response just a whole load of ignorance! This is not professional! I have made payments for my outfit which I have not received!

I ordered one anarkali 2 months back from Aacho. I did not get till the time. They dont give cod option . Keep our money and order too. No any response if i raised ticket to get iodae. They open ticket and close it without resolving it. They promote their product in large scale but dont have facility for customers to resolver their query. There was a time i was very happy from their process now i would say it is pathetic please dont order anything from Aacho. Very bad experience this time. I don’t know where is my order and when they are delivering. My money is stuck there. Poor Process Aacho. You should close your business. Bad.

Absolutely disgusted with this site. 760661 is my order ID. Received one suit set, another they are yet to dispatch. I have no idea. This was for a special occasion. I am going to have to launch an official complain if I do not get my product in another week.

They take order and don't deliver. They have good marketing team but you are sure to loose your money, there are so many ppl stuck after placing order.

Report them of fraud in sociel media so other other people get saved from being scammed.

It is a terrible experience with one order I have placed with Aacho.
Multiple attempts have been made to contact them but no response.

Very disappointing experience with Aachho.

I placed multiple orders (#778093 on 26th and paid order #780363 on 30th) for a yellow outfit required for my fiancé’s Haldi on 4th. Despite ordering well in advance, there has been no dispatch update, and the paid order still shows partial fulfillment.

I raised a support ticket and sent emails, but received no response. When I tried commenting on their Instagram posts for help, my comments were repeatedly deleted instead of being addressed, which is extremely unprofessional.

This was a time-sensitive wedding order, and the lack of communication caused unnecessary stress. I trusted the brand, but the customer support and accountability are very poor.

Would not recommend ordering from Aachho if you have an urgent requirement.

Extremely disappointing experience with Aachho. My order was delivered after nearly 3 months, and during this entire time the customer support was useless. Calls were not answered, complaints were ignored, and I was repeatedly told to “wait for 14 days” with no real action.

There was no accountability, no proper communication, and no concern for the customer. Once they take your money, nobody seems to care.

Would not recommend Aachho at all. Please think twice before ordering.

Despite paying in full and follow-up calls to aacho and there logistics partner, DTDC, I have yet to receive my two suit sets. logistics partner DTDC is not helping, and aacho support team has failed to resolve my tickets.even after 100+ calls and multiple tickets, I have no parcel. I think this is a fraud company.. please don't buy

I’m sharing my experience to warn other consumers and to seek guidance.

I placed an online order with Aachho, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The product was was incorrect size I paid for exchange but anfter picked up my order no product delivered in return till now and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no proper response or resolution.

There was no clear refund or replacement process, and follow-ups were either ignored or met with generic replies. As a consumer, this feels misleading and unfair.

I am now planning to escalate this issue to the Indian Consumer Court / Consumer Helpline, as online shoppers deserve transparency, timely delivery, and accountability.

If anyone has faced a similar issue with Aachho or has successfully resolved it through the consumer court, please share your experience or advice.

Order 752991 placed on 04th Dec , only 1 of the 2 items delivered, the other shows no signs of being dispatched even after 2 months. The item delivered is of pathetic quality , no lining, cheap material, loose threads and not at all like suit that was advertised . Customer service is useless and not ready to do anything about the low quality product or dispatch the non delivered item.

The worst customer service ever, they don’t reply to your emails, and kept on asking to raise a ticket which useless, there is buy one get offer going on at the moment please don’t buy it’s their trick.
