I have ordered two products and got both on time. However one product size is too tight although I have ordered same size for both so I request exchange for one product. For which I paid 300 rs extra. They picked up the product but it’s been more than 15 days I still have not received exchanged size product yet. And their customer service number is not working no one is answering my email. They are fraud

Inspite of trying to connect with customer care, no reponse is ther. The ivr calls are also not getting answered. Very bad experience. Never recommend

I had placed an order on 20th oct 2025, for which I paid as well, there is no response, nothing since then, very bad customer service, Don't buy from this brand

I had ordered a dress from Aachho which got delivered 2months later and it is not same as mentioned on website.
Customer support will never respond over case raised.

Torn product received. Refund not provided even after return pickup. Not satisfied.

The customer support is poor. I haven't recieved my order and even after raising tickets , sending mails to both support and grievance officers there is no reply.

If there was an option for negative Rating I would give that. That summaries my horrible experience with Aachho. I ordered two lehenga sets on buy one get one offer. I received only one lehenga yet. The stitching and quality is very poor and it's not worth the money. The second lehenga set is not even shipped yet. It's been more than a month. Their customer support never supports their customers. No replies for the emails. I raised a ticket on the app but no response to that too.

I ordered buy 1 get 1 free dress on dec 31st , the free product they directly delivered me on jan 6th the main dress they didn’t deliver . It’s been 9 days the delivery person is not calling me only but in the status they are mentioning I’m not available. I have raised a ticket but no response , I escalated on mails but no reply and also I contacted customer care they won’t even speak English nd they didn’t give proper solution. This website is scam please don’t buy any products from this , they do scam they won’t deliver the clothes , I’m gonna post this on Instagram so it will be helpful for others

They are a scam. It has been a month and I am still waiting to get my order dispatched. Their customer support is horrible and when you ask for money they say that they do not have a refund policy and they only offer gift cards. Why the hell will anyone ever want to order something from them after this experience.

I placed an order for 2 suits from this brand well in advance, considering their mentioned delivery timeline of maximum 21 days. I ordered more than a month before my wedding functions to avoid any last-minute issues.

However, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

• One suit arrived after 1.5 months, after my wedding functions were already over, and it had size issues.
• Despite multiple messages and follow-ups on social media, there was no response for a long time. Only after constant chasing was an exchange initiated.
• The second suit arrived after more than 2 months of placing the order.
• It has now been over 3 months since I placed the order, and the exchanged suit has still not been delivered.

As of today:
❌ I do not have the product
❌ My money is still stuck
❌ I couldn’t wear the outfits for the occasions they were purchased for

For a brand that sells high-priced products, this level of customer service and delivery management is unacceptable. Delays, lack of communication, and no timely responses make the entire experience frustrating.

At this point, the dress is of no use to me anymore.
I am requesting a full refund immediately.

This has been, by far, the worst delivery and customer service experience I’ve had with an ethnic wear brand.

This brand is disappointed me for the second time and I am not gonna buy anything from them. Their products quality is becoming cheaper day by day.
I recently ordered two suits and both are disaster. Stitching is poor and fabric is worst. Totally not worth to the money.
Please don’t be fooled by their followers on Instagram or their fake reviews on their website.
They are not good at all.

I have ordered two suits recently . Only one was delivered. There has been no update or communication regarding the other suit; Despite writing multiple emails to the support email provided. No response has been received so far. The contact number provided is not reachable always.
This was such a waste of time and money.

I’m surprised that people got their order delivered? This is a shocking scam company. Aachho is a scam. I have 2 orders, one hasn’t shipped in last 15 days, the other i cancelled within 6 hours of placing it and it has been 6 days and no response from any customer service.
I doubt if they have any customer service agent at all!
I will be reporting them to online scam portals so whenever people research or search for them, they will know this business is a scam.

Update- once month since first order- no updates!

I have returned the item for an exchange it’s been like so many weeks no response. I keep on calling to customer support team they are saying that the item had not received to warehouse. And they can’t do anything. Then to whom should we reach out

1. First of all, the item received was defective. When the ticket was raised for exchange, they closed the ticket on their own without doing anything.
2. They do not respond to e-mails and automated mail says please generate complaint ticket through website.
3. They never answer your calls.
4. They will deliver only one item and other items are told to be under manufacturing or in processing due to festive season. And there's no way to know when the next item will be delivered.
5. They delete bad reviews.
6. Items are overpriced and received items are defective or not upto the mark.
SCAM!
TOTAL SCAM!
This all shows its a well managed ONLINE FRAUD.
I digged more reviews on internet and found that its their pattern and customers are not at all satisfied with their deliveries and services.

Posting this as a warning to others.

I placed a prepaid order with Aachho, and after the payment was done, everything went silent. No delivery, no clear updates, nothing.

I’ve followed up countless times via emails, calls, website chat, and social media. What do you get in return?

Only automated replies

No one picks up calls

No human response on emails

If you comment or post on their Instagram/Facebook page, it gets deleted instantly

Once they have your money, they simply stop responding. No product, no refund, no accountability. It honestly feels like a trap for prepaid customers.

This has been extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting. A brand deleting complaints instead of resolving them is a huge red flag.

My advice: never place a prepaid order with Aachho.
If you’re thinking of buying from them, please reconsider and save yourself the stress.

Horrible quality and inconsistency in size.

I ordered 5 dresses, only 2 are ok other 3 looks like one from roadside market. I ordered large size, in 2 of them tops are like large size and pants are like small size, where as 3rd one has top in tight fitting and the sarara waistband is too loose, the rubber fills like gone off.

And the customer service is not contactable. No one pick-up call and can't send message without otp, otp never comes on email or message.

I will try to contact tomorrow, if no one is replying I will go the consumer court.
