I know I recently wrote a review on this company but wanted to update after a new arrival today alhamdullilah.
So today I recieved the Zoya abaya and the matching white slip dress.
Wow I think this could be my new nearly fav ma sha Allah seconded by Nurul but none I love more then my Nesrine abaya.
This abaya is seriously beautiful, the complexity of the design and beadwork on the arms is so so pretty alhamdullilah making the abaya look and feel as luxurious as it is. The material is lightweight and silky.
The slip dress (I have one alhamdullilah previously so was confident in ordering white) is of excellent quality. As with all white clothes I would advise to wear something underneath for modesty however the quality and lining ensures you get the maximum coverage.
I think it's a real shame that some people are giving negative feedback because the hijabs are non refundable, this is made clear when you order and honestly I am reassured by this as I order hijabs from here and am glad that I can trust the ones I recieve have not been worn by someone previously. Could you imagine if someone with a lice infestation tried it on and eggs were transfered ya Allah 😱 I mean I'm not even sure that's possible 😅 but I would rather not find out.
Would give extra stars for the non refundable hijab policy if I could!

Quick note on Mina - on sale now I bought one of these alhamdullilah I think was my second purchase and I am very glad I did with the winter weather coming, this abaya is thicker and I love pairing this over baggy jeans and a long modest tunic which has been a go to for a quick easy out the door outfit on colder days.

I think the last 3 years maybe or so i have been purchasing abayas from aaliyas collection and they have never let me down. Delivery is super fast within 2-3 days sometimes even next.. i also love their service they have helped me with one of my orders recently and really happy with their response in direct emails. I have always shared their online website and would definitely recommend in buying their beautiful abayas! I recently purchased 5 hijabs from this store, hoping to find some that would match my outfits. I decided to keep 2 and return the other 3, which were still sealed in their original packaging. I reached out to the Aaliyah Collections within 14-days, but my return request was refused due to hygiene reasons (These hijabs were never removed from their pakaging). Since then, I have tried to follow up, but my messages have gone unanswered.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness. This experience has shown extremely poor customer service. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend this store to others.

Aaliyah Collections did eventually refund me for the unwanted hijabs after the review was written therefore will change it to 3 stars. The hijabs are lovely, shame about the customer experience.

Great quality abayas and dresses! My go to place to purchase from as I know they’ll always be such beautiful pieces!

Ordered an abaya for almost £40. Was seen fraying and stitching coming apart after one wear. Customer service denied any responsibility and did not offer refund or replacement for their poor quality even though their item was clearly not fit for use and their services not as described. Another so-called Muslim brand taking advantage of the community.

I recently ordered a white joba from Aaliya Collection, inspired by a previous gift from a friend that was of amazing quality. Unfortunately, the new joba had a small defect upon arrival, which I only noticed as I prepared to wear it for Friday prayer. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly responsive and understanding, promptly offering to replace it.

The team went above and beyond, ensuring a replacement was sent out quickly. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and I am extremely grateful for their help. I highly recommend Aaliya Collection for both the quality of their products and the exceptional service they provide. JazakAllah Khair!

I have been wearing Aaliyahs collection abayas for a few years now. My go to place when I need a new piece. I absolutely love the quality and unique designs they have to offer. Delivery is also very quick and efficient. Very happy customer.

The quality of the abaya

They refuse to accept returns or make refunds. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never even visit their site again. So many more hijab boutiques offering a far better service to choose from. No business sense whatsoever.

I ordered three abayas from Aaliyah Collection, and all were of poor quality. I returned them within the 14-day refund window, and my tracking confirms they were delivered. However, the company has since stopped responding to my emails and has provided no update on my refund status. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It seems they have no intention of processing my refund. I’ve now had to escalate this issue with my bank. I will never buy from them again. Aaliyah Collection is a disgraceful company, and they need to shut down.

Trying to sort a query out except they never bother answering any of their messages. Really poor customer services. They will literally ignore you once you’ve made your purchased shop elsewhere.

I bought 3 abaya’s from here. They looked completely different to what they showed online. I think they edit their photo’s a lot. Contacted the lady who said no refunds were possible due to it being a “sale item” hardly a sale at that price. I feel like i’ve been conned. I do not recommend, please avoid at all costs

A wonderful abaya, one of my favourites! The material, breathability, colour and fit are perfect and the cuffed sleeves make everyday activities hassle free. I have bought another abaya recently since and have yet to wear it but it looks beautiful!

Bad customer service, i have brought from them before and no issue, this time they sent wrong size and when i asked for right size to be sent they agreed, i told them the tag was off but otherwise in perfect condition i paid nearly £30 for a slip dress which is overpriced but i needed a size 60 so paid the price instead they gave a 58 and when i called them out on scamming me they ignored my email. When they got back to me they then wanted me to pay for p&p to send back and they would refund that but as if a company would ever do that why not give a pre-paid label as this is your fault you cannot claim it was a simple mistake as they went through the stages of picking packing and printing receipt with size on it and then confirm size on receipt wirh pen absolutely ridiculous they have asked me to remove my review which i will not just because they claim to be a muslim company what a joke this doesn't allow you to do bad at your job and then let you get away with your mistakes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OVER PRICED AND DEFINITELY A SCAM now i have to keep the short dress as cant risk sending it back and they dont send my item very upset about this but learnt my lesson wont be buying from them again. Read other reviews and you will see this company is a let down when comes to them making mistakes. Edited. Fact you are demanding in email i remove this review and i have constantly asked you to stop.emailing but your carrying on, you now are msging other bad reviewers to make yourself look good, there no lies in this and no frustration i sent you many pictures of it in perf t condition this is my money i wanted this sorted but now your getting unprofessional lying even when i said stop emailing me you can keep money, also i only agreed to keep the item as you have bad reviews on you lying about sorting issues. Please do better. I will report you if you keep bothering me.

They have excellent products and lines, but their customer service and handling of queries are dreadful. Very disappointed in their customer care and returns policy.
