I ordered the most luxurious abaya last year to my knowledge it was the FATIMAH abaya. The most amazing material it really does compliment anything I wear with it being jeans or a dress this abaya is a must to have in your wardrobe.

Best quality slip dress I’ve ever bought. No see through. Would definitely buy from again and would recommend!

I’ve ordered from Aaliya collections a few times now and am really impressed with how fast the delivery time is. Not only that but the quality of the abayas I have bought is to a really satisfactory standard. Abayas are well priced and I had received lots of compliments from wearing them! Definitely recommend

Ordered the mauve embellished abaya and it was so beautiful! and the quality was excellent. The abaya came with a belt and matching free scarf. Delivery arrived quickly too loved my purchase thank you x 😊

They sent me wrong item and won’t respond to any of my emails to do an exchange or refund. Even though it’s their fault I now can’t do anything as they are completely ignoring me so I can’t return the incorrect item. I will never be ordering from them again and I will warn anyone else to NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have now escalated this to my bank as it’s gone too far.

I ordered their velvet Embellished cape and it’s sooo overpriced as it looks like a 5 year old could have glued the the plate of pearls on. It’s just one big “sticker” of pearls that is glued on. Not worth a penny.
It was very expensive with delivery charges to Denmark and then the tax too.
First and last time i’m ordering from you.

Terrible service. Item got held by Royal Mail because Aliya collection didn’t pay the right postage. Tried to get in touch with them but no response. Thank god I used PayPal, PayPal refunded me in full. Shame on you Aliya collection! To not even bother replying to customers is disgusting.

Paid for an item and extra for quick delivery. Received the wrong item. Failed to come back to me in a timely manner about this. Then claimed that I would need to return the item back and then she would send the correct item to me. (Which would not be an urgent resolution). She failed to see the problem with this. I didn’t order what I’ve received and I needed the correct item. She would not arrange for collection or pre-paid postage label. Will not be using her again.

Atrocious customer service. Waited 5 days after my order was apparently dispatched as I still hadn't received anything, emailed them to enquire, only for them to say that my order had been lost and the size I'd ordered was out of stock. I enquired if they could send a replacement abaya (which should've been automatic on their part) or one a size smaller/ larger - no response. I messaged them on whatsapp and Instagram and still no reply. Even when I comment on their posts, they remove them and other customer's complaints! It's been 2 weeks since they took my money and still no abaya and no refund or communication. I will now take it up with my bank to get my money back. Warning: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND IT'S UPSETTING AS THEY ARE MEANT TO SELL ISLAMIC GARMENTS BUT BEHAVE VERY UN-ISLAMICALLY

I made several attempts to contact Aaliya Collections through their WhatsApp, Instagram, and email channels, but unfortunately, they did not respond at all. This has been a disappointing experience with their customer service

I ordered from them and it doesnt look anything like the picture. Beside this, its really cheap quality and not worth the price.
