I honestly can’t thank Jordan enough for the support he gave me.

From the very first consultation, he took a huge amount of time to actually listen and understand my situation in detail. Our call lasted around two hours, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. He asked thoughtful, relevant questions and clearly knew how the system works and how my health conditions affect me day to day.

I provided a large amount of medical evidence, and he took the time to properly read and use it, rather than ignoring it or treating it as an afterthought. Over the following couple of weeks, he prepared an extremely thorough Mandatory Reconsideration over 55 pages long carefully breaking down why the original decision was wrong, and addressing each point clearly and methodically.

What stood out most to me was how seriously he treated my case. It didn’t feel like a template or a generic response; it was detailed, personalised, and clearly based on my actual circumstances. He understood things that I struggle to explain myself and put them into the right language for the system.
