Jay quoted for a walk in shower, wall panel and new flooring on Wednesday, the next Monday, Owen arrived with the insallation team, Aaron, George and Lee. They were friendly worked very hard as a team, nothing was too much trouble. When an unforseen problem arose with plumbing it was explained to me that it would involve extra work, but it would be done at no extra cost, a very grateful gesture. A brilliant job, we are very happy with our new bathroom. A big thank you to all involved.

We have just had a high spec bathroom from Ability Bathe fitted by a first rate team Lee, Aaron and George Owen helped plan our bathroom and brought samples of colour schemes of materials, Owen phoned both evenings to check we were happy with progress and if we had any questions. The whole experience was stress free and we are very very happy with our bathroom, the team did a great job of clearing up after themselves, five stars for a five star hotel bathroom

Bathroom created within an existing room which was exceptionally well done in approx 7days. From Jay to everyone involved work was carried out efficiently and with great care.A few changes were made within the process and Sean particularly was great at discussing and anticipating any problems for wheelchair use, although everyone involved was friendly and helpful.Would absolutely recommend and very happy with the resulting room with sink toilet and shower.

Contacted via website for quote on Wed, Jay came and gave a quote Friday, Aaron and George came the following Wednesday ripped out old bathroom and fitted new complete walk in mobility shower room including wall panels, new floor, basin and toilet in 2 days! Customer service is THE most important thing for me as it is sadly lacking in most companies these days. From Jay's first Contact to Aaron and George doing the bulk of work, joined by Lee on Thursday couldn't fault their work ethics, friendly professional and did a great job nothing was too much trouble and great attention to detail. Jay noticed my other shower (fitted by someone else) needed re- sealing when doing my quote and asked the "lads" to do this for me whilst here. These seemingly small things are so important. Well done all of you, great job...thank you. Happy Customer. And I dont say that lightly or very often! Happy to recommend to anyone.

The whole experience we had with them was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more professional. Great assistance when it came to us getting the type of bathroom we were looking for with Jay having a great product knowledge and understanding on what we were after, to the lads that came into fit it that were absolutely brilliant and did an amazing job on it and really accommodating on being able to work on it so quickly for us aswell. Would hugely recommend if you want a really trusted and professional service.

We have just had a bathroom completely done from top to floor with new shower, sink and toilet, The work is excellent in all respects, great communication with the company and fitters throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service and quality bathroom refurbishment. For the first visit to completion they monitored the job daily. Jay had good product availability and took our requirements on board. Team Shane and Aiden were a great team, worked well together and nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Bathe Ability.

Jay was great, he was really informative and easy to get along with. The bathroom was installed quickly and efficiently and looks great. They even came back to install a mirror for us free of charge. A really nice team of people.

The advice and recommendations given during the quote process by Jay were very helpful. The team arrived on time, covered up the carpet to protect it and got to work. They were friendly and took the time to talk us through the job (replacing bath with walk in shower with seat) which was done within the day. Owen took time to review the job before completion and one snagging item was raised and it was fixed the next day.
You are paying little more for expertise, service, speed and guarantees but best decision we could have made and no hidden extra charges. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area spotless. Highly recommended.

WOW! I phoned Ability Bathe on Tuesday, Andrew came out the next day and toilet and bathroom were completed by the following Friday! Work completed in 3 days.
They've totally transformed both rooms.
Aiden and Shane were very competent, polite and considerate whilst working.
Work was of a high standard and great quality.
Owen phoned every day to check I was happy with the work and met with me after the men had gone to ensure I was satisfied.

A great service all round.

We are very pleased with our new walk in shower fitted by Abilitybathe last week to replace the existing bath. Shane and his gang have done a fantastic job, couldn’t fault anything they did. They were so friendly and hardworking. The job was completed exactly as Owen said it would be leaving everything clean and tidy.
This shower will make such a huge difference to our daily lives. We can now bathe without fear of falling.

I'm just a customer who has had a lot of previous
experiences with different plumbers and workmen over the years.
I can honestly say I have never met such a hardworking and knowledgeable team.
From the initial consultation with Jay to redo my
en-suite, to the team arriving on time, working well together and with me! to clearing of all debris and cleaning up.
Owen called at end of day one with an update, visited the site on day two, and the lads couldn't leave the site on day three until Owen had been to sign it off.
A very positive experience, would definitely recommend.
