I was gifted an initial and birthstone necklace to celebrate the birth of my baby. I absolutely love it and the customer service was fabulous. When I had an issue, which was sorted super promptly.

Ordered personalised cufflinks. Very high quality product, arrived quickly with lovely card and box. Due to the default font used one of the cufflinks didn’t appear exactly how I wanted it to and the team were very helpful in rectifying it and getting me a replacement at only a small cost.

I bought a custom medical bracelet and it’s perfect. I love the fact it’s adjustable and not a clasp so it’s much easier to put on. It’s really good quality. One tiny link came off so I emailed on Sunday evening. Tolga replied quickly on the bank holiday Monday, was really lovely and arranged a repair for me. I sent it on the Tuesday and it was back with me, fully fixed by Friday. The customer service couldn’t be any better! Would definitely recommend and will buy any future items from here too. The turquoise and gold bead choker is stunning and layers beautifully with my previous purchase of the 16 inch length. Abiza is very impressive, the site has such lovely pieces at really competitive prices and their customer service is second to none. Not only do they offer a really fast delivery but they go out of their way to help customers for example I received a charming, personal reply to a query on a Bank Holiday weekend. My order was unfortunately lost by Royal Mail, and I contacted Abiza as it was a birthday gift needed the next day. Within an hour, they had remade my order, dispatched it and upgraded me to Tracked 24 completely free of charge. It arrived just in time for the birthday!

I purchased a personalised necklace for my daughters teacher as an end of year gift.
The whole process was outstanding, the customer service was brilliant, whereby they provided advice on how the best to arrange the letter and symbol on the necklace to ensure it looked it best, plus shipped it really quickly and were just overall a pleasure to deal with.
Then when the necklace arrived - WOW - it was just beautiful, very well made and superb quality. The teacher was thrilled with her necklace and put it on straight away, it looked stunning.
