I wanted to get a dog nose and pet bracelet. Ciara was brilliant. I had trouble getting the print, unco-operative dog, but the advice I was given enabled me to get the bracelet made. Very disappointed as the item I purchased was not able to be returned. It was a necklace with a very small F charm. It was not made clear to me that I would not be able to return so I am now stuck with this-not happy

I ordered four dog nose charms for my wife’s birthday. The impression kits were sent quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. One of the charms was created from a photograph as sadly the dog had passed to rainbow bridge. I had sent several photos and was absolutely thrilled that they could make a charm from this. I ordered a leather bracelet with 3 silver bars which I wanted to be sentimental...Claire was fantastic and sorted out an extra bit of engraving for me. I cannot recommend Under the Rose highly enough! I purchased a beautiful heart-shaped fingerprint necklace featuring my son’s fingerprint and name, and I am absolutely delighted with it.

The service and communication before ordering were exceptional. As my son was only six months old, I was unsure whether we would be able to capture a clear enough fingerprint, but the team were incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the process.

The proofs they sent over were amazing, especially considering they came from such tiny fingers! The jeweller was also able to pick out additional detail from some of the other photos and ink impressions I had provided, and sent through several proofs to make sure we got it just right. I was genuinely so impressed by the care and attention to detail they put into this. It must have been quite a challenge to create such a precise fingerprint from the photos and impressions I supplied, but they were determined to make it perfect.

When the necklace arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. It is even more beautiful in person, and I honestly haven’t taken it off since I received it!

Everyone I communicated with via email was so lovely, helpful and patient, and I am exceptionally grateful for all their help in creating such a special and meaningful piece of jewellery.

I absolutely love Bear’s nose-print pendant. I chose Under The Rose because I loved the organic shape of the pendant, without any harsh lines, which gives it an extra sense of uniqueness and a feeling that it is my dog.
The communication throughout was excellent, including checking that the prints I had taken were clear enough before going ahead with the casting. I really appreciated the care taken to make sure everything was right.
The finished pendant is beautiful, and the quality is exceptional. Sadly, Bear passed away very suddenly before it arrived, which has made having his actual nose print captured in silver even more precious to me.
The beautiful pair of silver earrings included as an extra gift was such a generous surprise.
I couldn’t be happier with my order and would wholeheartedly recommend Under The Rose to anyone wanting something truly special to remember a much-loved pet.

Got to be honest, i dont always trust reviews on this website, however i can 100% promise everyone this review is genuine.i ordered from this company after seeing their products online for my special friends birthday. The ordering process was very easy and delivery exceptionally fast!!! Unfortunately i had a slight problem with delivery, however this was down to the Royal Mail delivering to the wrong address. I emailed the people at Under the rose during the evening and the following day i received an email back from a lovely lady called Ciara. She said the company would be happy to claim my money back from the Royal Mail. Fortunately my item turned up the following day. The packaging is beautiful, with a nice card etc. i havent looked at the bracelet yet as i didnt want to destroy how the present looks. My whole experience is a 10/10 and i will definately use again and recommend to others. Thanks for your help Ciara and everyone at Under the rose.

I ordered a personalised silver clasped leather bracelet for my husband as an anniversary present. Amazing speed of service! Ordered before 2pm and received it by 1pm the next day Royal Mail Special Delivery. Good website instructions for completing the order. Excellent communication. Pleased with the quality of the bracelet and the presentation. It came in an attractive presentation box with a soft cloth sleeve inside. I was able to personalise a gift card too. Item is true to the advertised size. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I purchased a handprint charm to remember my baby who we sadly lost. Ciara was very helpful throughout the process, providing me with an inkless print pack so quickly given we wouldn’t have much time with our baby.
