Superb customer service from an excellent company. This standard should be the hallmark for all organisations.

I purchased a kettle tap 18mths ago. Brushed gold. We had an issue initially when being plumbed in. Speaking to the customer service they were very helpful and immediately replaced the tap
Unfortunately had another issue with the tap becoming discolored and mottled. Again everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Replacing the tap once again as a good will gesture as it was out of warranty. Think I was just unlucky. Iam very happy with the product and Abode team .

Buyer beware with @AbodeDesign / Proboil: The system is convenient while it works, but the boiler body has now failed twice in 5 years with the exact same bottom leak. Despite keeping up with regular filter maintenance, customer service offers excuses rather than accountability. Factor in having to pay for a new unit every 2–3 years if you buy one.

Exceptional customer service from Lindsey, the people in the warehouse, and the Rochester store for all helping me out with an issue regarding an abode part that I hadn't even bought directly from them. They went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed despite my poor luck elsewhere, at no fault of theirs. My kitchen tap is leaking and Kris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in sending out replacement parts. They arrived by courier 2 days later, as promised. Great customer service!

Whilst we are very disappointed with the boiler unit as it is the second one we have had, and now the hot water connection has split, we could not be more impressed with the customer service. Margery provides the best customer support that we have ever known. It's just a shame that the product does not live up to her.

I contacted shelli who dealt with everything very quickly from the photos of my dripping tap to getting the parts to repair nothing was too much trouble would recommend this company with no hesitation

After only two years the Monobloc tap which was installed in our new kitchen failed. We have numerous other taps in our kitchen and bathrooms which have lasted for many years without requiring attention. Therefore, very disappointed with a product which we thought was of good quality when we purchased it. Fortunately the tap has the benefit of a 5 year warranty and the staff at Abode were very good in providing replacement valves. We, of course, had to pay a plumber to fit them and the cost of this was not a lot less than the price we paid for the tap!

Really helpful and spotted what could have been a disaster on our installation. Really appreciated the help from Shelli and Steve to put things right and confirm the same.

Great products and great services. I have purchased a couple of units over the last few years and they are super reliable and efficient. I have also had a few questions about settings and the support is first class. Highly recommended.

I had a query about my Abode kitchen tap that I had installed some years ago and emailed the company. Abode came back to me very quickly and told me they could supply the part I needed . We were very impressed with the companies communication and pleased that our kitchen tap which gets many comments on how good it looks can be brought back to it's great looks. We look forward to receiving the new sprayhead to fit to the pull out section. Thank you to Abode for the excellent after sales service.
