We had a water leak which damaged the…
We had a water leak which damaged the base unit under the kitchen sink, we had to wait 8 weeks from the date of the leak repair to the date of the new unit being installed which was very inconvenient, but the 2 guys who installed the new unit, Keith and Luca were absolutely superb, right from the start they respected our home, they work very well as a team, they're friendly, courteous, polite and done a great job and left the area spotlessly clean and hoovered the kitchen floor too, Well done Keith and Luca, would like to say a big thank you to Heather in customer relations too 👍

I called regarding an issue with no…
I called regarding an issue with no water to my property and Kirsty was very respectful of it being an urgent matter, after sorting the call out I had asked her if could bring up a couple of other issues, these issues were reported and she was very accommodating in finding out what info she could gain for me. Kirsty was very calm and reassuring throughout the call made it a lot easier for me to not get sooo cross. Very pleased overall!

Faulty Heating System
Thanks to Damien for fixing the heating system, I was a bit worried there was a fault with the system, but fortunately Damien was able to fix the fault and I won't be cold this coming winter .👍😉

Definitely recommend Abri …
I’ve recently moved to an Abri property from Vivid housing. The difference I have noticed in both from reporting the job till completion is the ease and the time scale difference.
I have not had one bad experience with calling to raise a repair to the work being carried out.
If you are considering do an exchange I would 100% recommend Abri.

Abri came out recently to me and had to have a new fan fitted in my bathroom. The service was 10 out of 10 . The gentleman was friendly also which makes the service better experience. Also they came out to fit a new door lock and again great service with Abri . 10 out of 10 . Brilliant service what more can I say .

I spoke to Maryna when I called about changing a light bulb in bathroom, a simple request that could have been rejected. Maryna was extremely friendly and very helpful and understanding. It was a pleasure talking to her and she sorted out my problem in a professional manner.

Top Service From Abri
I recently had a repair carried out by Abri and I cannot fault their service.
The tradesman who attended my property was polite, courteous and very professional.
The problem was identified quickly and repaired straight away.
I was even shown photographs of the repair so I could see the finished job.
I must say on this occasion I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Abri.

My experience as a tenant with Abri is a positive one. The staff are very polite, friendly and professional. To book a repair is easy to do through their app portal. It gives you dates and times which are convenient to me. The jobs are completed by knowledgeable staff and arrived within the time frame. Overall, i have had no issues with Abri and find them approachable, so a happy tenant.

Feedback on Abri Homes carpennter
I was originally with Silva Homes which then merged and became Abri. I have to say that because it was going to be a bigger company I expected the service to deteriorate. I just had Bick from their Carpentry Team to fix a couple of my locks. He fixed both and he was polite, very efficient and completed the jobs in a quick time. I can say that if all the people that Abri employ are as good as Nick, I have nothing to worry about.

Had a leaking tap. Garry came over with an apprentice and he was explaining the procedure step by step making sure the apprentice knows what tool and how to carry out the job safely. They even then cleaned up under the kitchen sink counter and left it in a perfect state. I'm very happy with Garrys work and his professionalism
