MTVH have very friendly staff.
I found MTVH automated system a little confusing but when I finally got through to Michael from MTVH he was super helpful and friendly. He sorted out my problem immediately with confidence and enthusiasm.
ANY RESIDENT REPORTING REPAIRS...
After 4 years of absolute misery, 29 reference numbers, 7 surveys.... 3 'pre-work' inspections, over 200 photo's from MTVH and "MetWorks" , yet, after being presented legal action they are now blaming my family and i , for 'aggression' in prevention of access??!!
These underhand illegal tactics do not, and willnot work.
You have defied the courts and an extremely high rate of scruitiny.
When will you take damp , mould and distepairseriusly @MTVH?

Disgusting how an emergency call out comes to to fix communal lights and they don’t even do it .. 3 days!! I’ve been calling about the lights are out! In the communal walkway .. your carnt see anything coming out of my flat and it’s DANGEROUS and we have medical conditions.. now there saying someone is switching them off .. ve been here 1( years and never have I found it do ridiculous

This review is about Paul (Property Surveyors)'s professionalism in identifying the root cause of the mould and damp problem. His assessment was very comprehensive and offered unbiased advice, he was very honest and did educate us on condensation (provided a lot of examples of how we can improve our quality of life). Paul is very knowledgeable about his work and explained a lot of technical issues very well in layman's terms and this was followed up with an email of his findings and advised moving forward. We had a visit from a different surveyor last year and his visit was quick and brushed the topic about mould and damp. It has been such a relief to receive such a high quality assessment with a detailed email with clear actionable recommendations and jobs that need to be prioritised. I cannot thank Paul enough for this clarity and professionalism.

I have been living with a leak for over…
I have been living with a leak for over 3 months.
I paid over £600.00 to get a full plumbing report which was send to your company in the 1st week of April and you did nothing.
I made so many calls to you people; you refused my complain and still because I am a reasonable person, I carried on paying my rent and service charges.
I cannot go out for long hours because I have to keep checking containers and changing towels soaked with dirty water coming from who knows where.
How much more should I wait.
You are playing with my mental health, what else do you want from me to get this resolved.
I need my life back.

Chris was very helpful, a lot more than Mum senior staff have been as with the delay on this repair and not being contacted Chris was very helpful to chase it up and send an email out to give me a follow-up

The process for repairs does not work…
The process for repairs does not work as a repair is closed before it has been completed you then have to re record repair . This can take months before repair is completed the system fails . When you phone repairs the staff do not provide a solution they reply by say they will contact morgan sindall and they either forget or cannot be bothered

Did not read my complaint fully
Did not read my complaint fully and so I still have no resolution to the issue caused by scaffolding being erected without notice. The fact that the scaffolding has blocked my TV aerial from receiving a signal has not been addressed. Impossible to speak to MTVH by phone so no chance of rectifying the issue.

Had amazing customer service from Shubh, he was really professional and helpful and really understanding. He has helped me on two occasions with sorting/booking repairs and he is really good at his job. Very happy with the support I received!

Poor Quality of Paid Service
We have owned a flat, Flat-24 Portland Square, Raleigh Street, Nottingham.
This property has managed by MTVH. We have decided to sell this flat. Our solicitor has required management Pack from the managing company, MTVH.
This Company has charges us £180 for this certificate, management pack. They say that they will send it 10 working days.
This is called bureaucracy. Nobody can do business in this Country If every solicitor wait for 10days each certificate or each piece of information.
I personally think UK Government should pay an attention towards this kind of unnecessary bureaucracy created by these company. One person will do this job in 5 minutes either on the day or on the 10th day… This is the situation here…
Last time we had a buyer. Since these processes take really to long time. It was over six months that time. In the end our buyer had to give up. That time, we had spent £500 for nothing…. What is the point?
PS: I am not the only who gave you 1 star review.

Today I received this e- mail from MTVH.
You raised an online form on 28th April 2026 requesting a management pack. We wrote to you on 30th April outlining our management pack requirements. This clearly advised that the pack would be issued within 10 working days of all the following being received:
Written confirmation of payment
Completed consent to share form
Memorandum of Sale
You provided confirmation of payment and the signed consent to share, advising that Trent Law are acting on your behalf, on 30th April. We responded to you on 5th May to advise that the Memorandum of Sale was not attached as requested on 30th April and that the pack would be released within 10 working days of the Memorandum of Sale being received.
You emailed on 5th May 2026 with the outstanding document. Effectively, our timeframe to issue the pack starts from the aforementioned date. This means that the pack will be released to your solicitor by 19th May 2026.

Why do I have to wait 10 working day for one copy of certificate?
What is the point?
Solicitor needs 15 -20 copy of letters or certificate to sell or buy a property…
How are they going to do business?
We have already waisted 2 weeks for this letter…
I still think this is sheer bureaucracy. I have paid £180 for this poor service.
This service does not even worth £18….

Trying to contact them on the phone is a lottery, and the fact it takes them a few days to respond via their website says to me you best hope you don't need them in an emergency.

Ishan on the Property Desk went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t have any of the information he needed—only the name of the contractor company that visited my home last year. Despite this, he took the initiative to contact them directly, liaised with the relevant departments, and clearly explained what would happen next.
He also took real accountability by setting expectations and reassuring me that if I hadn’t heard anything within five working days, he would personally follow up. His approach was thoughtful, professional, and incredibly patient. I only wish all customer service was delivered to this standard.
