John their senior technician and appointed for this installation of existing Hormann sectional garage doors was amazing. He technical knowledge of these type of garage doors was amazing. He worked very efficiently and had them both installed within 5 hours. All in all, he is a great asset to Access Garage Doors and did a brilliant job. I needed to replace motor of Access…
I needed to replace motor of Access roller garage door which had given me sterling service for over 20 years. After considering the options and warranty terms I opted for replacement and a new Seceuroglide door. I had an agreed price and expected completion of the work within 2 weeks.
Then because I had sudden medical problems the job could not be completed for 3 months. Access kindly held the price for me. The new door is performing as expected.
All the staff were really helpful and everything sorted easily - a really good experience.

Excellent Service and Finish
The process with Access Garage Doors was seamless from enquiry through to delivery. I had a slightly complicated garage door replacement due to restrictions with pipework, and another company had previously told me that a roller shutter door would not be possible.
However, when Access Garage Doors came out, they took the time to properly assess the situation and come up with a solution. In the end, it was possible, and the door was fitted perfectly.
Jason, who fitted the door, did a fantastic job and I’m really happy with the finish. Nothing but praise, highly recommended.
