If I could rate them a 0 I would. We have received and returned the same WRONG product 3 times now after much time on the phone and effort on our part to be understanding. I am extremely disappointed not to get the beautiful frame we had ordered 3 times! What was sent was totally different and can not be used in our home.

I have a squarish footstool with a round orange pad at the top. It looks great and functions well, but there is a terrible chemical toxic smell coming from it. I wiped it down but it’s really strong. I think it’s white melamine but can’t be sure. I have no idea what to do with it now but this cannot be good...
I’ve been unsuccessful in getting in touch with anyone at this company.

I am feeling a little concerned about my order and not sure if I have been scammed. I ordered two frames and printed an invoice but I never received an email like most companies do, my credit card was charged, and they don't let you see the order on the website. Has anyone else experienced this? Have I been scammed? Do I need to call the BBB?

I had my heart set on an Adeco clock but I didn't want to spend as much as Amazon was asking. I found the clock by going straight to Adeco and they were great! Not only was the price considerably less, but the shipping was fast and free. I won't hesitate to order from Adeco again!

I love that the frames always arrive on time, they are well-packaged and they are as pictured online. I bought a clock for my mom. She is moving soon so she hasn't put it up yet, but as far as the purchasing goes I give 5 stars. The clock looks cute so if it functions well and what not I have no reason that my rating would change!

I paid $60 dollars for expedited 2 day shipping (on top of what I paid for the frame). Not only did my frame not come in two days, it didn't arrive for nearly 4 weeks. It came as ordered and in good condition, but I honestly thought i was scammed. I read many other poor reviews about late, missing, and incorrect orders. There also was no way to track my order, or contact the seller. I would not recommend purshasing through this company

Beautiful wooden folding chairs. Very comfortable to sit on and sturdy/durable. We enjoy using them as additional dining chairs and even in the living room when we have guests. Highly recommend.
