This woman is a racist, homophobic, Karen of the worst order ever. Look at her little video all over social media trying to get someone fired after telling him to go back to his country AND calling a gay coworker of his the F word. Saying “it’s how we do in NY”, while she’s from Tukwila WA.

Poor quality furniture

My sales rep gave me two different prices when I had asked him what the total of everything that I was buying that day would be. The price difference from what he had originally told me was $300! The quality of the furniture that had arrived was poor. The legs were not all balanced on the bottom on multiple pieces of furniture and it resulted in having one of the drawers open by itself on one piece of furniture. Art Van did not stand by their one year warranty when I tried and contact them about the legs. They also spammed my e-mail and phone begging me to do a review for them on Google. The TV that they promised I would get took over a month to receive. Awful customer service and poor product.

BEWARE 90 days is Not same as cash

90 days is NOT same as cash. BEWARE of hidden fees that you HAVE to pay or else they report you to credit bureaus. I paid almost an extra $300 on a $500 purchase and I paid it off within 90 days. Please review contract very carefully and don’t trust salesman interpretation of contract After I signed, the finance company had me locked in and they added service charges. BEWARE ITS A RIP OFF

I bought a bedroom set that wasn't cheap. The nightstand drawer fall apart in 3 months..Now the drawers in the dresser won't close all the way..No wonder they are filing bankruptcy!

Randy from art van in Taylor Michigan …

Randy from art van in Taylor Michigan is the absolute worst. My sister and I walk in looking for a dinning table and a sectional. I said I needed a small table. He said oh for a apartment? No for a house I just need a small table. Then I was looking at a sectional and he said under his breath yeah and that’s $5,000. Excuse me randy but you unnecessary rude comments aren’t needed. Safe to say we left

Deliverers disrepectful

Art van was supposed to deliver 2 chairs and a chest. They came into the house without masks, even though covid cases jumped so high. They also refused to take off their dirty muddy shoes. They got it all over our brand new carpet. What kind of customer service is this? They put my family at risk as I am pregnant and they had the audacity to not wear masks as they entered my house.

Upset

I purchased furniture not quite two years ago. I called in February to get are reclining couch fixed they sent someone and he said they would have to order parts and then art van never ordered parts. The warranty center said I could get my prorated refund back from the store. I called the store they won't give me my money back because now they're in bankruptcy. The warranty was if they can't fix it they'll replace it if they can't replace it I'll get my money back. So I have a broken couch and no tefund and now I have to go buy another couch.

This is the worst couch we’ve ever purchased in
The 45 years we’ve been married. I wish I could post a picture of what’s happening. It’s a man made material that looks like leather. It’s brown in color and is turning orange in many areas and only three years old! I should have known better than to buy from Art Van! I’m happy they closed!

July 2019 couch torn up by Jan 2020

We bought our couch in July. By January it was tearing on the seats and arm rests. Its ome of those fake leather reclining couches. The seams at the arms have busted, I am horrified at how quickly this thing fell apart, 6 months is ridiculously quick. 0/10 would not recommend

Bought sofa and love seat and recliner…

Bought sofa and love seat and recliner not to long ago and guess what the fabric is falling apart at the seems. Keep in mine I just stated using them because was refinishing my house. I was screwed out of my first order and had to settle with what I got and what I got was screwed.

I purchased a 2000 dollar mattress, my biggest investment yet to relieve my back pain, guess what? never got it delivered, it has been charged to my card, and they are gone. Scammers, no wonder why they closed.

Terrible Company

Terrible experience with this company. Ordered furniture from them in January and was told today that they cancelled our order without telling us. Just by chance we stopped in to get a status update on our order and found this out. Second when I asked for a refund, they denied it and would only give store credit. Third, the store was about half full of merchandise so we had to spend our credit on things we didn't need. Not surprised that with a management team like this they are going out of business.

Bought a bed and it had arrived damaged.l paid for a bed I can't sleep on. I paid for it on credit. I am calling the credit card. Company to have this bed refunded back to me. Glad art vanis closing their doors . They sell nothing but junk

glad art van is going out of business, stops them from doing to others what they did to us. no surprise they are going out of…

no surprise they are going out of business. we bought bed and couch. with in 6 months they both were broke. both had bad cheap knotty wood inside. we had to pay for re-delivery under the warranty. the box spring broke again. they told us it was not a re-start on the warranty and did not replace it again. 2 yrs after we got the bed, we gave up and paid the dump to take the set. we bought a set at a resale shop.

I found my daughter on the floor today

I found my daughter on the floor today. Her side rail broke from the headboard. She bought this bedroom set less than 2 years ago. Less than 1 year old the middle skate broke. Call Art Van and was told that anything bought out of the clearance center has no warranty. So beware. I have some furniture I bought over 30 yrs that I still use. SHAMEFUL ART VAN.

Do not shop here

I purchased a couch in November 2019, the original delivery date was supposed to be at end of December 2019. The date was then moved back three different times (beginning of February 2020, to the end of February 2020, and finally to March with no timeline whatsoever). I reached out to corporate, which literally did nothing in terms of holding their manufacturer to any standard to retrieve a delivery date, which was over a 1/3 of a year. This company did nothing to try and make up for the continual lies/misinformation with the delivery date. In fact, I reached out to have management contact me mid January, just to be put on a waiting list and never received a call - the same happened today and finally I had enough and asked for a refund. I would strongly encourage anyone seeking furniture to shop somewhere else to avoid having to experience any of this. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any furniture store.
