First time I have used the company. I was alittle worried that my groundsheet would not arrive in time for our holiday but, on chasing up, the delivery was very swift. We're pleased with the size, colour and texture of the groundsheet.

Ordered the Dorema rear support legs which were unfortunately out of stock but a lady( Jen Firth supplied me with the suncamp ones instead excellent service!!

To narrow this down I just want to say everyone that works for this company goes out their way to make sure there is 101% customer satisfaction.
I purchased an awning online ( the bottom end of the price bracket ) that was delivered extremely fast but unfortunately It was not suitable to my liking ,there was no fault with it at all but I should of checked before buying it that it had fly mesh fitted to this particular one.I paid the return postage naturally as it was my own fault for not checking the description properly .A full refund was issued once they received it back and checked it obviously to make sure it was in the same condition as they had sent it.They went out their way to reply to all my queries for the next awning I have chosen even out of hours to email so what more could you ask for.I highly recommended this company in every aspect .The service is impeccable , the delivery is quick and the prices are quite hard to beat .
