Just a bit disappointed by the amount of calls in one day felt a bit pressured but hopefully will work out with good results

I am pleased with the customer service I received from Haris and Yaz. They were very professional and efficient. They were also able to answer all my questions. I would recommend to anybody.

Harris was very helpful when dealing with me and my friends as he help talk us through the stages of the claim and if we had any questions he answered them to point we could guage what was happening and overall service provided by him was amazing

I was approached by this company in July 2026 offering their services due to a car crash that I was involved in. Shortly after my health declined and I wasn't ready to go ahead with my claim for compensation at that time and told them that I would contact them again when I was feeling upto going ahead with the claim. I have been constantly called more than once a day by this company to pursue the claim, even though I specifically said that I wasn't ready due to my health problems. As a result of the constant calls, I ended up blocking their telephone number. I received a voice call from the company today 09/10/2026 and the guy on the other end of the phone obviously didnt know that the number was blocked and he was put through to my voice mail. The remarks he was saying about me were not nice at all. I called National Claims to complain about the horrible voice mail I received and asked to speak to someone in charge. I was kept waiting on the phone for a while and then hung up on. This is unprofessional and I will be pursuing this further as I have the voice mail for proof. It's discusting that I had to block this companies number due to being harassed 1 or 2 times a day. I definately do not recommend this company and would seriously consider monitoring certain staff and their telephone manner
