I had been looking for an accurate inexpensive gram scale that measures to a 0.1 gram. I had no problems with the order and when the scale arrive it works just great. Though I have only had it a week it has been a good purchase.

Overall, I had a couple of great experiences. It was easy to order products, although something I needed was out of stock so I had to purchase an item that was a little more expensive. My product was packed, shipped, and at my door very quickly. My first order was missing one thing, but after one email, the representative had it shipped to me overnight at their expense. The second time around I needed to purchase additional parts and the person helping me had great product knowledge and explained what I needed to buy. Again, the order was quick and arrived in a matter of days with easy tracking. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Definitely recommend.

THE SCALE ITSELF IS GREAT, BUT WE DID 3 DAY SHIPPING AND DID NOT RECIEVE IT UNTIL A WEEK LATER. I DON'T AGREE FOR PAYING EXTRA FOR SOMETHING AND NOT GETTING IT.

I searched the internet high and low for the best prices on Ohaus brand scales and this place was the absolute lowest I could find. Not only did they have the best price, but the reviews were great and there was no gimmicky coupons or shipping and handling penalty to deal with. A solid company selling straight up goods at a discount. Winner all around for the buyer.

Fast, low cost but high quality. Had some challenges with my initial order but this was due to an old institutional email they had on file. But this in no way affected the speed of the order or quality. I will definitely order from them again!
