I bought a belt online from A Fine Pair of Shoes. It wasn't right for me - nothing wrong with the belt. Good quality. Also good packaging. The returns policy was simple and I thought generous with 45 days. I called the number and spoke to a lady who was super lovely and helpful. Great customer service. First thing is the staff, Excellent! Second is there products, they have one of the best and varied selections I have come across. Very knowledgeable and clearly good at what they do. Great team and service. I will do business with them for a very long time.

Great shoes, fast delivery

Sadly, the laces sold to me (fine dress shoe laces) became unusable after a short while. The laces were made up of two layers, and the outer layer detatched and became bunched up, and i could no longer fasten shoes with them. A shame as they were offering a product that was difficult to come by.

the shoes came in too big and i was charged 95.00 dollars to return. when went online and they deducted the charge again a big mess. I have American Express involved.
