Airbnb should rename the company to Customer Nightmare at Your Service. I booked 242 nights with Airbnb, you expect some problems, especially in a the middle of a city with a war zone, however, their way of fixing issues was only one response ''Have a nice day'', 42 degrees with no aircon and illness as a result is not much fun, equally pest control with mice. Airbnb are fast to take your money and way in advance of the due date, but the customer service is repeatedly a disgrace, at the end of the agreement they will unethically charge you, and the response is ''this is your responsibility. I never experienced any accountability with these incompetent fools, AIRBNB - NEVER AGAIN. you have been warned! I would run a mile with this institution, you will pay the price for incompetency and neglect, however they will take your money - AND FAST! A total rip off.

Don't trust or use Airbnb because they are a professional scam group that defrauds customers worldwide.

I am a host. It's over 2 months that they hold the payments of 3 bookings. The assistance is inefficient, inadequate, frustrating: they ask for a document that I sent them several times, and every time they ask for the same thing as if I didn't send it. I think this service is managed by A.I. But beyond them there is an Artificial Insanity. I say this because don't want to think to a worse reason: holding the money you manage on behalf of someone else in my country is a crime

If you are a host, find other alternatives. Airbnb and their so called "Air Cover" is simply bs and worthless. It is fake cover. I had guests booking a 13 days stay and completely damaged my new apartment. Airbnb is not taking any responsibility and the guests are gone.
Once anything happens with your home, they will keep delaying their response and change the contact persons while asking you for crazy amount of documentation with unfair deadlines (2 days) just so that they have an excuse to cancel the request.
Very unfair and unreliable partner! Stay away!
