We spent 8 nights at a property in the Blue Mountains that is managed by AirKeeper. The property had a lot of issues.

1. Cleanliness - (a) very dusty; (b) blood on the duvet; (c) previous guest fingernails and other debris on the carpet; (d) cobwebs

2. Poorly Maintained - (a) broken toilet seat in the bathroom; (b) broken/chipped knives; (c) heater not working in the master bathroom; (d) missing light bulbs in the hallway

AirKeeper did not even try to resolve any of the issues. We reported the issues to AirKeeper - they wrote back saying they would (a) escalate the issues to the team and owner and (b) fix the issues and send cleaners to resolve the cleanliness problem - they never followed up or responded thereafter - so nothing was done.

Complete disregard for us as guests. We will not stay at another property that is managed by AirKeeper!

Dishonest, unprofessional and unresponsive!

Very questionable business practices. Poor communication on payment process then cancelled my accommodation booking without warning when I started to ask questions. Re advertised the property on booking.com for a higher rate and changed the headline and photos claiming it was a new listing so Booking.com could not track their antics easily.

Nice and clean cosy house for a holiday. Prompt response to issues. Great stay.

Fantastic location, easy to find, and perfect for a peaceful family getaway in Canberra. We attended the drone show and could watch it from the balcony the next day. Thanks to AirKeeper for keeping us informed. My family loved the place and we hope to visit again soon.

The house was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family. The kids enjoyed the nearby playground, and we loved the quiet evenings on the patio.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. the apartment was modern and clean. it would be nice to have more local recommendation from the host, as we were new to the area and could have used some guidance on where to eat and what to see.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming cottage. it was very peaceful, and the host was very responsive. The only downside was slightly else was perfect. We loved the surrounding nature walks and the cosy fireplace in the evenings

Comfortable and well-furnished apartment. The Pool and gym facilities were a bonus. We enjoyed the central location and the ease of access to public transport.

Lovely home with a beautiful garden. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The living room was a bit chilly in the evening, but the heaters did the job. The host was very helpful and gave us some great tips for local restaurants and attractions.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony view. It would be great if the check-in process was a bit smoother, as we had a bit of a wait. But overall, it was a good experience.

The house was cosy and well-decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved the proximity to the beach. However, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas.
