That simple description of durres Central bus station is a recipe for disaster. That can easily be interpreted as the common large bus station in downtown. Anybody buying tickets for a long distance... Mehr ansehen
Just to mention that I travelled from Tirana to Saranda and from Saranda to Tirana. The bus was decent, at least driving to Tirana air conditioner blowed cold air that even was cold at some point. But... Mehr ansehen

RUN RUN AWAY !! Never With Albanianbus
Never use this agency to do your excursions. They are not serious, they warn of the cancellation of your trip at 8 p.m. when they are supposed to pick you up the next day at 8 a.m. Because of them, I was not able to visit Berat!! They are incapable, unpleasant and not serious at all. Run away. I booked 2 times with them 2 days in a row and they cancelled at 8pm

A messy, disorganised and frustrating service
I booked three tickets with Albanian Bus. One was OK, a second was refunded because they "no longer run that route". The third was a ticket from Tirana to Skopje. The day before the trip, I realised I didn't have any information on the departure point, so I contacted the customer service, who told me they don't run that route anymore and they would refund me the ticket. So I was left without a ticket the day before the trip, with no warning and no apology. In the end, I was able to get another ticket without any problems from Flixbus, but I wasted quite a bit of time and effort getting the whole thing sorted. I have received an email saying my money will be refunded, but have not received the money yet (two days later).

Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional and ignorant. They do not pick up when you try to call them for help, it seems like the phone is out of order. It takes forever to get answered on WhatsApp, by then the bus has left without you in it. Customer service is doing nothing other than being rude and ignorant. If it feels like a scam it; probably is.
