Worst customer service ever
Really bad quality

I bough the shoes and the leather started to peel after only wearing them once. I visited the store they confirmed that I should be eligible for replacement or refund but since I bough them online I need the online customer service to process my request.

I contacted them and they said they wont offer a replacement or refund not even a repair for the shoes.

Never buy from Aldo it is a waste of money!

Sembrano fatte bene....ed invece, sono le scarpe che più di tutte( anche quelle meno costose) mi sono durate meno, preso il modello da uomo spacciate per impermeabili, dopo neanche un anno e 4 gocce d'acqua la suola si è completamente scollata, pagate oltre 120€ non li vale per nulla...

Very bad experience with ALDO. My friend bought a shoe, walked out in the mall and got a shoe bite. On coming back to the store to return within 10 minutes after purchase, they wouldn't accept the return claiming it has been worn. This was at one of their Toronto Store

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON ALDO WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMING LIARS ON PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

They show lying fake false message on product availability for handbags, lying saying "sold out" when none of there bags sell out because nobody even buys there bags. There a dam lie to say such bs false advertising messages. Live chat doesn't care to help you with anything and they make up lies to tell cause people on live chat don't know anything. And calling customer service doesn't help either because they also don't know anything and are unhelpful and rude and uncaring too.

And with all these bad reviews that they have, ain't nobody buying none of there bags or anything from them. There handbags definently don't sell out, so all nothing but fake lying bs they show on there website. Nobody buys bags from them. Also when you shop in there stores, you hardly ever even see any people shopping at aldo in general because nobody wants anything from them because there stuff sucks and it's trash bad quality. And you definently don't see no one buying handbags from them.


Also, there bags are bad terrible quality, with how expensive they are, nobody buying them and they aren't good quality either.

That's why they got all these bad reviews cause nobody shops there.

ALSO DON'T SHOP IN THERE STORES EITHER, THEY TOO LAZY TO CHECK ANYTHING AND THEY ALSO LIE ABOUT PRODUCT AVAILABILITY TOO AND THEY HAVE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STORES TO.

I never buy from this store! Scams only I returned shoes, because it was in bigger size, they picked up but about refund they don't think even!

I ordered my shoes on Oct 12th and the system provided a delivery date of 0ct 19th. It's Oct 26th, the order is still processing. I have called CS several times but noone will answer. This is crazy!!!!

Shocking,bought a slip on for 7k+ and and only after 2 or 3 times of wearing them, the inner leather lining started wearing out....Not worth it.....if there was an option could share pictures too.....

I bought Sunday 24th of September a pair of patent black shoes in Uxbridge. The customer advisor a young lady was very kind and gave a lot of information about the shoes. Unfortunately the manager is not a nice person is really rude with an intolerant behaviour and attitude

Purchased shoes from them several times from Aldo received a coupon for my birthday which received after my birthday and wasn't able to use it.

I bought Aldo flat shoes in beginning of June. The soles of both shoes just peeled off within 2months, even not wearing them everyday. I had a pair of shoes from Aldo that I bought 3years ago and I was happy with quality, but this time I’m very disappointed and won’t go to buy anything again. Even staff members in Aldo Westfield Stratford were very rude. It’s not worth to waste big amount of money for these type of shoes! Stay away from this company!

I order two pair of Aldo heels one in pink and one in black. The shoes arrived yesterday, upon opening the package I noticed the boxes looked damaged they had tears and everything. I still think maybe it’s just the boxes but to my surprise the bottom of the shoes were black. USED SHOES. Why would I buy used shoes from a store like ALDO. This was the worst experience ever. I can’t return the shoes because they were On sale but for $75 I sure would not have ordered used shoes. There is no one to talk to in customer service or on chat. I could have went thrifting or bought theses shoes off Poshmark. I always buy from Aldo for all my special occasions and could not wait for these shoes. I opened the package on the porch I was so excited this is very disappointing. I really want the shoes but I would prefer new shoes or a refund. Please rectify this issue Aldo. I have pictures as well. I just want my shoes or at least a credit to buy something else if no refund is available.

After a few months shoes started smelling terrible, the outside, not inside of the shoe, tried washing, but nothing helps. The quality is so poor, that I believe the protective layer, that stopped chemical odours, came off and the white paint is coming off almost everywhere, not just off the sole.

Hanno perso un cliente non tanto per la qualità prezzo del prodotto , ma per chi si affidano per la consegna.
il sito non riconosce le credenziali quindi quando vorrai tornare nel profilo non vedi nulla, poi scrivi le mail e ti rispondo solo a quello che vogliono loro e coi tempi che vogliono loro …..
La consegna lasciamo proprio perdere 😡😡😡 il primo pacco me l’hanno mandato a roma e poi me lo hanno riconsegnato a una persona che per fortuna conosco ma comunque non era arrivato a me direttamente , e il corriere in modo arrogante mi ha anche detto che non si meritava la lettera per il pacco che non era arrivato …..
Il secondo pacco mi è arrivato oggi con un mese di ritardo e lo hanno lanciato nel giardino della vicina 💀 e firmando pure la consegna del pacco a un nome inesistente
mi hanno perso come cliente perché non accetto un trattamento del genere dopo i soldi spesi per 5 paia di scarpe tutte da 100€ in su 🔝

morale se proprio volete acquistare alle loro scarpe fatelo solo in. negozio

Wasn't the best shopping experience.. the website isn't easy to navigate at all, customer service could use some work. Purchased a pair of shoes and they were nice at first but they've become my work shoe

might try them again in the future if they have a sale or discount but paying full price is a longshot for me

Charge for delivery and charge for returns, don’t buy unless you’re certain you won’t return! Very unusual to be charged for both

Aldo’s website is so bad that every time I click on an item and return to the browsing screen, it takes me all the way back to the top of the page! What dunce designed this website??!

Always if you are buying make sure you can communicate with the buyer if something goes wrong Aldo's don't have telephone number and they don't respond to your emails.So please becareful.i have lose my money for nothing.

Comprata una borsa con i saldi al 70% , a casa mi sono accorta che la cerniera era difettosa , riportata in negozio per un reso ma , politica aziendale non fanno ne resi ne cambi se l' articolo è in saldo , così mi ritrovo un' articolo già difettoso , non comprerò più niente .
