Love my new chain and bracelet - great quality.

Excellent service and fantastic jewellery once again from these guys.

Ordered an item, they said it had been shipped. Got sent a notification from Royal mail for delivery the following week. Waited all day, no parcel. Tracking hadn't updated so contacted courier and they said it was delayed due to problems with scanner. Should be delivered next day. Same thing next day, no delivery. Contacted again and they said its already been delivered. Checked cameras and no attempt to deliver. Contacted them back and asked them for proof of delivery and now they're not responding to my emails or insta messages. Rip off company they don't even have a phone number to call if you have an issue۔

Item never arrived, and despite several attempts to contact the company, I received no response. I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute to recover my money, which was decided in my favour.
Strangely, on the very day the case was closed, I received an email from the company claiming my payment had failed and that my order had been cancelled. This was clearly untrue—the payment had gone through, they simply never sent the item.
Based on my experience, this does not seem like a legitimate company. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Seemingly good value, not overpriced like similar brands in the market which appear in between costume jewellery and luxury. My chain is new, so I can’t speak for durability and sweat resistance.

Presentation however was very poor. There were no gift boxes left (they are usually free) so my chain just arrived loose in an A5 sized envelope. No plastic bag, no tags, no drawstring bag.

Really devalues the experience.

They also offer £5 for a social media review and an extra £5 for a video. But honestly, I’m not keen on fake incentive reviews as it’s not helpful to new buyers.

Very disappointing experience with Alfred & Co London.

I was told my order had been dispatched and was given a Royal Mail tracking number (32049707100076175FB92), but this number does not exist or show up on the Royal Mail system at all.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and received no response. Despite their website stating they respond within 24 hours, this has not been the case.

At this point I have no clear information about where my order is, whether it has actually been dispatched, or when (or if) I will receive it.

I have asked for clarification, a valid tracking number, and an update on delivery timescale, but have been ignored.

Very poor communication and service so far. I am posting this in the hope that someone from the company will finally respond and resolve the issue

not a good company to buy jewllery from.My pacel hadn't arrived and it's been over 3 weeks. No response from the company too.

When I placed the order in December, I paid for Next Day Delivery, the chain did not arrive the following day. Got in touch using the online submission form no response so I had to chase again a week later for a partial refund. 6 months on, my Husband went to bed with the chain in tact, woke up it was on the bed. Clean break, I have emailed but probably won't get a response and will have to chase it up again next week. Poor customer service with no form of compensation for the delay in the chain arriving and even worse quality. Pay the extra and go to a trusted jeweller. Presuming I will get a reply quicker if I post my experience on here!

Bought a chain for my son’s birthday, after a week the clasp broke. I contacted customer services, with a photo of the broken chain and asked how I proceed to get my money back. They said I would have to return the chain, at my cost, and they would issue me with an exchange. I explained I wanted my money back. So far the customer service has been poor, I’m not sure this is a legit business, the responses I’m receiving is as though it’s from a kid, on their phone. Do not buy from these folk.

I opened a warranty claim for a defective item, and while they agreed to honor the replacement, their customer service is a total hassle for international buyers. Because I am located in the US, they expected me to pay out-of-pocket for international shipping to mail the item back to a PO Box in the UK.
It is completely unprofessional to force a customer to pay $20+ in shipping fees and handle complicated overseas logistics to fix a quality issue on the brand's end. The hassle and cost simply aren't worth it. I will not be buying from this brand again. US customers beware-if your item breaks, getting it fixed will cost you your own money and time.
