The silver chain I ordered was amazing. The delivery was quick and when I raised a query they prompted responded.
The product was really high quality.
Engraving was done so well. A perfect gift.

I have purchased a necklace from them last year, this year i decided to get a bracelet bec the quality of my previous order was absolutely brilliant. My bf wears it 24/7- 356 days and the condition is still immaculate.
Royal mail happened to misplace my order but alfred and co managed to handle this problem really well.

Fast shipping, good price for a great price for someone testing jewellery for the first time.

The chain is extremely high quality and it came super fast. I had chosen to get something little engraved, but did not know if they could do hearts , so I put “<3” and they engraved it as a heart which was a nice surprise :)

Very disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service.

I ordered two engraved bracelets and within less than a month of normal wear, the engraved charms on both bracelets fell off. These were a Christmas gift, and considering the price and the additional cost for engraving, I expected much better durability.

I contacted customer support to report the issue and ask for a reasonable solution, but despite following up, I have received no response at all. This is especially frustrating as I had already experienced problems with the order previously, having been sent the wrong length and needing to return it.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but being ignored after chasing is unacceptable. I hope this feedback encourages the company to improve both product quality and customer communication.

Came fairly quickly , chain in great quality ( I can shower in it and go gym and my neck hasn’t even turned green I would recommend buying chains from here.

Ordered a men’s necklace and bracelet before Christmas. After one month of being worn the gold on the necklace has faded and the catch has bent. The bracelet the catch has also bent. For £60-70 I spent I was not expecting them to last years and years but after one month?? I could have bought a £20 one which would have lasted longer. Very disappointed

The service received was fantastic! I ordered 2 chains on a good deal in July for Christmas presents, the ordering was simple and items received very quickly. Once if my sons opened his Christmas Day and wished he’d asked for the next size up, I messaged on Boxing Day (expecting them to say no due to the purchase date) but no the team were very understanding, explained how to return, as soon as they received the item the new chain was out for delivery immediately. SCAMMERS!!! They sent confirmation of a refund yet the money isn't in my account and it has been well after the timescale. I tried to ask for help, but they said they sent it to PayPal (I don't even have a PayPal account?!) They won't even provide proof of the refund to me so I know they're withholding my money for no reason. They have also refused to respond to any of my emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE - awful company and have lost any repeat business as a result.

Look at the other 1 star reviews - they all say the same thing. I will be taking this up with the Financial Ombudsman along with others who have been scammed. Don't waste your money here - they won't last as a company if this is how they run a business!!! Horrible people.

Very pleased with this company, quick delivery service & the bracelet is lovely.

I brought a chain and within the first month it had broken, I had then got a replacement which was okay and I understood however within the first month of having that one it broke again, I thought this was ridiculous and requested a refund as the same thing happened twice however they denied me one

So much heavier than expected, great chain. Husband loves it
