I contacted the ALIGNE customer service, after not being about to see my conformation email. Jodie got back to me within 30 mins, and was back and fourth, very polite until the issue was resolved. Super quick, very friendly, amazing customer service all round. Thank you!
As a first time customer I didnt know what to expect but all I can say is they are first class . Extremely professional and prompt eith a,query I had . Highly recommend them . X

13 days after order placed and not received, order is cancelled without explanation. Thats a long time to keep hold of over £450.
I mistakenly sent the wrong item back to Aligne for a refund when it was meant to ship to another company. The other company got my Aligne item and wrote me back right away. Why hasn’t Aligne communicated with me about this incorrect return? I have written FIVE emails but no response. I’m so frustrated. I’m out over $500 if Aligne doesn’t send me back the wrong item not meant for them. PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME!!! This is terrible customer service. You have my information.

I love the clothes from Aligne but my God the customer service is terrible. I sent an item back at the beginning of July (Order AL-83580) and heard nothing about my refund. I then emailed to chase this up on 19/07/2023 and was advised id receive a refund 3-5 working days later. This time frame has now passed and I have sent 3 other emails with no response. I have therefore been £34 out of pocket for a month now. Its absolutely ridiculous and unable to find how to make a formal complaint!!!

I am beyond disappointed. Aligne have taken my money and not sent me an item. It has now been 14 days since I ordered my item (AL-88690)
They will not come back to my messages via their website and there is no phone number despite many attempts to contact them.
I would be so grateful if someone could contact me. Sadly I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I ordered the Miller Asymmetric Skort and it was very comfortable and fitted really well. the quality of the products was really good. Customer service team was great as I had a few questions about sizing as this was the first time ordering from this brand. Will be ordering from here again.

Second time ordering from this company.
First time everything was fine, dress was high quality and no delivery problems.
This time the dress has clearly been worn before, it smells terribly bad (could smell it as soon as I opened the parcel) and there were crumbs in the pocket, seemed like sugar or salt consistency. Weirdly looking through reviews just now I see that another customer experienced something similar so perhaps it's to do with their warehouse rather than the clothes being worn. Either way, disgusting and smelly. And when I emailed, I got a standard boilerplate autoreply and no reply to my question about being able to return and get a replacement (clean) item.

I recently purchased the Gabrielle dress in pale green and all I can say is I love,love,love it !!
The order arrived quickly & safely, very well packaged.
From the moment I took the dress out of the package, I fell in love, I was worried that it wouldn’t fit me but it did…perfectly. At 5ft 4inch it’s on the long side but it’s just how I like my dresses. The style is fab, lovely fabric, not too heavy & is so comfy to wear. I got a couple of compliments on its first wear.
I had a little issue as the pockets were stitched up & I was a bit wary about opening them up in case I spoiled the dress. I emailed Lucy in customer help & she told me that they are stitched with temporary stitching for transit purposes to make sure the garments arrive neatly. I managed to get them open & my beautiful dress now has pockets !
Every part of my experience with Aligne has been first class, I would recommend them to everyone. I can’t wait to choose my next purchase🤔..

I ordered the black Leah dress and it's super cute, my boyfriend said it's the nicest dress i've ordered for ages.
Customer service were great when asking for suggestions on size and length having never ordered from the brand before.
Will 100% be placing another order now i know quality is top notch!
Having received an email to say that a skirt I wanted was back in stock, I ordered the item. This was on May 15th. They happily took my money straight away but have never supplied the goods. I have received no update on my order, no explanation and no apology, despite me having emailed their "Customer Service" department several times. Just complete radio silence. I have now emailed to ask for my money back, as I have lost all trust in them as a company. They probably won't reply to that either. In which case I will have to see what routes are open to me legally, as £100 for a skirt is no small amount.
I ordered my item on 11/05 and it arrived today. I was informed of dispatch and my only concern is that for the money paid, delivery by Royal Mail tracked 48 hour doesn’t seem appropriate. Most firms offer better delivery than that. Other than that my item is gorgeous and I’m thrilled with it.
Firstly sizes are really off, I would need to exchange for x2 dress sizes smaller. I’m not exchanging however as there are no free exchanges. I also emailed one week ago to query sizes and have heard nothing back since. This is not the experience I would expect from a company selling a white cotton skirt for £99. The skirt is doing the rounds with fashion influencers and editors and I get emails practically everyday so Aligne are clearly throwing some money into marketing and neglecting the customer experience and actual quality of their product.

I love their products, However, they sadly have the most awful customer service. I often have emails that I’m not replied to, I ordered a dress and the parcel arrived very damaged without the dress I appreciate that this is not their fault, Royal mail have told me that they need to claim and although I have sent numerous emails, on Instagram and on the online form they just don’t care and haven’t bothered replying for over 10 days. If you never have an issue, great product if you do, you are In trouble
Terrible customer service and now have to dispute my purchase with the bank. They sent me a used dress, pockets had sand in them and the zip was bent. When I raised it with the customer service team they got back to me instantly and asked me to send pics, which I did. I was then completely ignored despite contacting them a few more times asking for a response and also finally resorting to commenting on one of their instagram posts. If I returned the dress I would have to pay for the postage and return even though they sent me a used dress. It’s as if they think let’s just ignore this customer and hopefully she will just accept the crappy item we sent her. Happy to take your money but if you have any issues they will just blank you. Avoid.
My first few orders were great but 2 weeks ago I received a coat with the lining so twisted I can’t get my arm in the sleeve,
